Alpine Car Wash, North Richland Hills TX

Would give this place zero for being such a ripoff. Car wash doesn’t clean my car and I go get mine washed weekly at my regular place and I park in a garage. I paid extra for the tires and extras. I’ve tried several times here. Worst in town. Nice appearance on the outside which is why such a high price point. Waste of $$$

I was sort of satisfied with how my truck was washed until I saw the dirt on the tailgate. I wish towels were provided in the dry area and that the kids use a brush on a stick to clean the tailgate before entering the wash. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend sending a truck there. Also unimpressed by the kids lackluster demeanor.

I had some issues with spots on car from sprinkler system at home. The manager was wonderful and pre hand washed it to make sure it got cleaned.

Don't go here, their brushes rip of parts of your car and they don't cover damage, go to a brushless car wash. Leaves dirty spots on your vehicle anyways.

I bought the top tier car wash. The last two times have come in and still have bugs on the front of my car and windshield. When I pull out each time cannot get service to help when I pull back around to see if they would fix it to make it better. Have left both times. Very disappointed. We'll probably not return

The wash itself is great, just doesn't get my back window all the way (f150) only cleans about 12in on either side, middle stays dirty.

Was here at 9a and they were closed. Was here 2 weeks ago (15 min before close) and they were closed. Not sure why I’m paying for a membership if they can’t even be open during their advertised business hours. Very inconvenient.

Sounds like an employee problem. Don’t waste your money on a membership folks.

This is a great car wash but they don’t want to make money. I come here three times on separate weekends and it’s closed on a Saturday or Sunday for maintenance. Why would you close a car wash for maintenance on a Sunday? Working people get two days off a week that they have to do everything and Sunday is one of them. I will not be back.

Lowest price wash is $10 (up $2 in past year. Even car washers having inflation?) I wanted to get my chrome wheels clean and asked the attendant what button to push? He didn't know and sent another person in to ask manager. He suggested getting the $12 wash which included the wheels that were very dirty. I was pleased with the job they did. Just had to hand clean all four very little.

I received a car from my mother as a hand me down, my mother took care of her car and only hand washed it. After getting it I decided to get a car wash here, my car now has MAJOR scratching.
EDIT REPLY: If it is so safe and does not scratch why can you hear scratching all the way though the car washing process? Thank you for a phone number to discuss this further.

Save your money, they can't get your car clean the first time. I may have only got the $8 wash, but it can't even get the dirt off.

Love the place i got the summit wash, nice and shiny every time, only thing I dislike is the blower at the end is way too strong and I got to get out and put some of the rooftop trim back all the time

Went in for a carwash, while vacuuming I looked around at my car. Boom. So many scratches and blemishes occurred. Wouldn't recommend.

This is the best car wash I have seen around this area. Vacumm is the most powerful wash area is very nice and staff so professional.

Well being stuck in the middle of the car wash was something, don’t think the lady had checked if the car was on right kept getting told to not put my hand in the steering wheel even though I didn’t purely y’all’s fault, had some minor damages scratches etc…, bad experience for being my first time there, the man who helped me get out of the situation was really nice though but yea certainly not going there again.
