Rented a vest and tie. The vest matched my dress for a wedding I purchased so we wanted to buy the vest. The nice woman gave it to us without the $10+ due to the system being glitchy. Very sweet! Thank you for the blessing! ️

The employees at the shop are incredible and wonderful at what they do. They made a short deadline for a location wedding possible through a lot of hard work and I appreciate them for that. Would recommend this location to anyone who were to ask.

This place is very unprofessional, they did not take measurements and acted surprised when items did not fit upon arrival THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING. Also and the most upsetting is my fiancé ordered a custom suit 4 months before the wedding and when he went to get it they ordered him the same suit as the groomsmen. We had other groomsmen use different locations and they had no issues. Do not go here

I’ve purchased 2 shirts from this location in the last year and I have nothing but good things to say. I’m a bit of a procrastinator and was pressed for time and the representatives working went above and beyond to help make sure I received what I needed. Great customer service.

We had a great experience at this place. The manager (Tamara) was really attentive and ready to get it done. Her and her staff were friendly and seem to be willing to go the extra mile just as the previous manager (Valarie B) did.

Don’t go here. Save some time and go somewhere else. The Arlington location messed up my tux for my friend’s wedding 3 times and still ended up getting it wrong. Other members of the party ended up having to go buy their own pants and shirt and just wore the jacket. They can’t seem to put numbers into the computer correctly to get the right sizes ordered. Only 1 of 7 groomsmen ended up having no problems with their tux and they offered no type of refund or discount for their issues.

This could have been 5 Stars had the store that caused the problem corrected it and apologized for their mistake. I went into the store in April with my son for his prom outfit. Tamara was nice and friendly, I will not take that away from her, but she made a mistake that caused a lot of frustration. I told her when in the store in April that I wanted to purchase everything that we chose (jacket, pants and shirt). She took all of his measurements. I asked her would there be anything that I would need to do when we get the items back and she told me "No ma'am, everything will be done". Now remember I told her that I wanted to purchase the items. The last week in April I call to see if the items were back and here's where I found out she made a mistake. The young lady I talk to that day tells me I didn't purchase anything but the jacket. Now I am going back and forth with this lady telling her "no, I purchased all of my items. I told the lady who helped me initially that I wanted to purchase everything and not rent". This young lady changed the pants and shirt to a purchase and not rental and she tells me that I could just pay the difference when I pick up the items. Ok, cool no problem. Now here is problem number 2, neither one of these ladies told me that because I was buying these pants I would have to have them altered myself and they couldn't be altered in the store.

On May 8 I go to the store and when my son tries on the pants they aren't fitting like they did when he initially tried them on. I told her they weren't fitting the same. They didn't have the same straight look like they did the first time he came in. She told me that because I chgd the order to a purchase order, they are going to be like new pants without alterations. My response to her was "when we came in I told you that I wanted to purchase the pants and I also asked would all alterations be done and you said "Yes". Now I come in here today and you tell me something different. Needless to say I told her to keep the pants and i'll go somewhere else. My frustration came because instead of giving me an apology for her mix up and trying to rectify the situation by explaining why they aren't able to do the alteration there. She didn't take accountability for her mistake. A simple apology would have went a long way in this case.

There are 2 people that did help and try to explain the issue better to me. Gladys and Vanessa. Gladys took the time to find the pants at another store and also investigated the issue with my refund on the pants. Gladys also apologized for the initial mistake that occurred. Vanessa actually explained to me the reason why alterations can't be done at the store on purchased pants. You may want Vanessa to explain to Tamara so that customers want expect the pants to be altered when purchasing them.

The staff at AL's formal wear were amazing. My wedding ended up being changed due to the snow storm in February. I took all of the tuxedos back and after a couple of days I called to see if I could have them shipped back to me for our new wedding date. The staff was so helpful and was able to track them all down and sent back to the store so I could have them for my wedding. All of the wedding party looked amazing in there tux's. AL's formal wear made my day happen.they were so helpful throughout the whole process and any modifications that needed to be done. I would defiantly recommend this place

I would never recommend this this place to any close friends. The majority of the groomsmen had problems with their suits. My father and I received pants that were nowhere near the correct size. I am 5’7” 34 waist and received pants that were a 46 Long! Unbelievable! To top it off, we were told our new pants would be delivered the day before the wedding, and then management changed that to say they would be here by 1pm the day of the wedding. Surprise, they never came. My father and I had to go purchase pants to wear for the wedding. And to top it off, when returned the items, management offered no compensation for our pants never arriving, nor did they make any comments about their mistake. STEER CLEAR OF HERE!

Me and my boyfriend came here to rent a suit for a wedding we went to on 10/4/20 and the woman that placed the order was so helpful & friendly! The suit fit great on my boyfriend and it was excellent quality.we also dropped the ball on returning the suit and ended up getting to the store at 6: 57 (they close at 7: P), but they accepted it anyway! Definitely would recommend
