First, let me give all the to props to Tiffani on her ability to connect with potential clients instantly! This was the second apartment me and my boyfriend toured in the Dallas area and were immediately sold due to her likeness and the unit of course! We love our unit and if any issues arose during move-in Tiffani had them handled with the maintenance team IMMEDIATELY! Parking isn’t an issue and we don’t have any animals but it is definitely a dog friendly community. The area is very quiet and the people occupying the units are young professionals so you don’t have to worry about parties or excessive foot traffic in any specific area. I have ZERO complaints about safety, security or comfort at Yorktown!

I lived at this complex for 4 years. The place was so nice. The grounds were clean, the units were affordable, location was great, maintenance workers were helpful and friendly, and the management was nice and responsive. Living here for so long, I witnessed different changes in management and names of the complex. Mild pros and cons with each management change, nothing too significant.

It wasn’t until the most recent management change that I started to notice major changes to the community. The grounds seemed to deteriorate from the lack of care; trash was littered all over the grounds, pet droppings were everywhere, the trash around the dumpster would pile up for days, and the pool was not as clean anymore. The gates to the community was frequently broken allowing anyone to be able to drive in. The key fobs to the doors would not work and even had a situation where ALL the community data for our fobs was lost and fobs would not work. Then the call box was replaced but the codes to call the tenants did not work which made it difficult for guests to enter the community. In no ways was management ever rude or mean, but there was instances of poor communication and no responses. I also found it interesting that office staff would not wear masks when tenants were in there (before CDC released no mask statements). All these negative changes unfortunately made the community feel between the tenants diminish.

The bones to this apartment complex are great, but it needs a lot of attention to bring it back to its glory days.

This community has went down hill since Tyler left. The new manager in place has the WORSE approach when it comes to talking to residents. She talk to you as though you are incompetent. The current maintenance men are pure jokes they can't fix anything. The leasing person is ok, she has attitudes at times. I haven't dealt with the assistant manager but from what I hear around the community she's the best person to speak with.

By all means, I am not the type to write bad reviews, I just simply move forward and let bygones be bygones, BUT, I feel the responsibility to let people know about my experience while living here.
When we first moved in last august 2020, it was a dream for us and the management at the time was very quick to fix issues and pretty thorough with communication. As time progressed, they changed management (which happens quite often apparently) things started falling apart here. To begin, we’ve always had problems with our gate, whether it’s not opening correctly, or it gets jammed and stays open or something, but it would get addressed immediately. Although an inconvenience, it wasn’t so much concerning simply because we could still get into the parking area and we need our fobs to get inside the building. Guess what though, the fob system “malfunctioned” or went bad and everyone’s info got erased out the system. At least that’s what we were told. So now the locks on the doors and the gates were WIDE OPEN. For at least 3 months. That’s pretty concerning especially when you hear around the community that some vehicles were broken into. That and the fact that ANYONE could’ve walk into our building at any time and we would of been blindsided. Then we’ve been getting a new system for about 2 months now, that has yet to fully work. I will give the office staff some credit in that they did have a security guy hanging out (without letting us know, so I was suspicious as I just saw a man standing in the courtyard) also our community officer made arrangements to keep a squad car on the property so that helped a bit. I can’t just throw blame at one specific person, or even say that the new management team isn’t doing all they can, but what I can say is that this community has been gradually falling and many residents that have been here for years, are now considering leaving. This is a pretty tight knit community and many have talked and many feel the same way. So quite honestly I would not be surprised if MANY vacancies become available soon. Also, many of the amenities do exist, but because of Covid, I haven’t seen them all. Again, that’s no ones fault, it’s simply my experience. We have a ping pong table in the commons area that he existed since the community opened. The TVs in that same commons area somehow disappeared one day (I think they were stolen, again no type of communication on that)

I will say that as a community, we love it here. The friends we’ve made and relationships we’ve established have most definitely made up for the inconveniences of the property. Also, this community is very dog friendly and I do appreciate the fact that the staff approved another much closer area for dog play. The pool is very cozy and honestly the best part of the whole community. So I do look forward to warmer days.
I end by stating that in no way have we ever been mistreated or disrespected by staff or management here, but someone has to be at fault when this once thriving community is less than subpar.

Won't be leasing here. 1 the unit that I was given a quote for was in one of the buildings that didn't have an elevator. Not a huge deal for me, but what was a huge deal was the fact that I had a scheduled tour and the leasing office staff (all of them) kept me waiting outside in the cold so that they could "take a picture for corporate". As I turned to leave thats when someone finally came to the door to let me in, after I tried calling twice but no one decided to go an answer the phone. When I was let in there was no apology given. I spoke with the "property manager" who claims that no one saw me standing at the door, when the room they were standing in had glass windows as did the door and I made eye contact with 2 of the staff. Honestly, if they really needed to "take that picture" they could have easily let me inside, communicated what was going on, and I would have been cool about it. But to have a potential tenant waiting outside in the cold, or just waiting outside in general for a "picture" is disrespectful. If this is how they treat prospects, I would hate to see how they treat actual tenants. Sucks because the price is competitive and the location is great, but i refuse to give my money to an entity that doesn't respect me.

I moved in two weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say! I'm a person who asks a lot of questions and researches things thoroughly before jumping in, and Sara was able to give prompt and detailed answers to all of my questions. I feel safe here, love being able to walk to sylvan thirty and surrounding gems, and being close to pretty much everything in Dallas but away from the traffic and craziness further east at the same time. Viva la wild west dallas and Yorktown luxury apartments:)

Yorktown Trinity Groves has put my first time renting at such ease. Sara, property manager, and the maintenance team have incredible in servicing my requests same day! The community itself well kept, and I’ve felt super safe. My apt has a beautiful view making all my friends envious. The interior has a luxury yet cozy feel, and the layout from apartment to building to me was done very smart because it all flows. Bummer COVID has prevented me from using the amenities but that’s to no ones fault but I’m sure the gym and clubhouse is fantastic too. The pool gets a perfect balance of sun and shade. Highly recommend!

I've lived at Yorktown Trinity Groves for 2 years and have loved every bit of it. The management is always prompt, proactive and always ensures the property grounds and amenities are clean. There have never been any issues with crime, disturbances or unsavory characters in the neighborhood, it's a super safe and secure building. The neighbors are nice and there is a great community spirit in the complex. I've lived in both a 1 and 2 bedroom unit and both are some of the spacious, upgraded and luxury apartments I've ever lived in. It's great being close to all the Sylvan 30 retail and Trinity Groves is in walking distance. Great place to stay!

I toured a couple of the apartments in the area. Yorktown was the most prepared, professional, and friendliest! The whole process was organized and SO easy thanks to Sara up front! Covid has made this a little tricky but Sara has been incredibly prompt in answering my emails. Maintenance crew called before they entered and fixed my problem within 24 hours. I have 0 complaints and am super pleased with Yorktown Trinity Groves!

I absolutely love it here! It's great for dogs, great for people who want to be social and near bishop arts. It has it all! We've been here 4 years and haven't left because we've met great people, we love the courtyard, the amenities and the staff. They are always coming up with the MOST creative things to do in the community that we have really felt like they go above and beyond what other places do. Great place!

Becoming a resident at Yorktown Trinity Groves two weeks ago was a pure blessing. Tyler the manager was very pleasant, and professional throughout the entire virtual leasing process.
Our apartment was as advertised and did not disappoint.loving community and neighbors are welcoming to new residents. Sarah is kind and assisted me with answers to my questions. The staff follows through with requests made.

I am a resident at Yorktown Luxury apartments and I must say I loveeeeee the entire office staff. Tyler, Josh, and Sara. They really take the time to get to know their residents and cater to their needs in a timely fashion. Anytime I need something they don’t miss a beat. It could be the smallest thing like my key fob stopped working or the biggest things like my air stopped working. They are on it in 24 hours or less! I am happy to be apart of such a caring community that put their residents needs first. Tyler is especially my favorite of them all. He is the property manger and he is on top of his game. He always goes the extra mile and his communication is EXCELLENT! I’m happy to say I’ve renewed my lease for another year and couldn’t be happier to call this place home!

I have been very happy here. I feel very safe and I love the location. The staff is great and caring. They are all very down to earth and treat you like a person rather than a number. Taylor, Emily, Mike and Brian I appreciate you all. I would def recommend this apartment to someone who wants the West Dallas location.

PERFECT PLACE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in to take a look at Alta Yorktown apartments on December 26,2017. I was greeted by Nicole Lott (Property Manager). As I was waiting on her to provide me with information 3 maintenance men came in and all 3 greeted me with a warm welcome!

The apartments themselves are amazing. So modern and chic. Great amenities, great location (3-4 minutes from trinity groves, bishop arts, downtown and uptown). I got a great price for my apartment as well. Never have I went to a complex and signed a lease in the same day, but here I did! Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my apartment choice and price. I am so excited to be moving here!

I lived at Alta Yorktown for 1yr 10 months and had little to no complaints. The community was very well kept even after people didn't pickup after their pets. The office was very good about upholding the gated community policy. Guests have to get buzzed in and they have cameras at every pedestrian door. I love that you couldn't get into the actual apartment hallways without having a fob. Security matters! I loved the little courtyard to walk my dog. The gym is small but it works for the smaller apartment community. The only con I can think of is the office not holding resident events. They had a few but they were pretty rare.
