Dr Altig’s office is very up to date in the equipment used in managing eye care. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Altig was very thorough and explained each tests findings and significance. Altig Optical is not in my insurance network, but I will return due to their expertise and care.

I have been going here for years.years! Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Altig and staff are fantastic. Recently, I've seen Dr. Reynolds and am very happy with the level of care she and her team provide. A special "thank you" to Stephanie for her recent help in ensuring records were received from a different medical office. She went above and beyond to keep in touch with me (or my voicemail - I apologize) and showed a level of customer care that is so rare these days. Thanks again!

Had 4 terrible experiences here and they didn’t seem to care. Took over a month to get the glasses not once but twice when they had to go back for adjustment. They never called and when we called them they just kept saying someone will be in contact, obviously no one ever contacted us and it took us calling them to even find out the glasses had come in days before. The woman that works in assisting with your frames, insurance and glasses options is the reason I will never recommend this place to any friends or family. Completely irresponsible working in such an important and expensive industry.

Dr Altig and his staff are amazing and I am very happy I was referred to them. His office is set up very nicely and his process is very smooth and I feel others will be happy as well if they are looking to change or begin needing a new Eye Doctor.

Altig Optical takes great care of all their patients. Whether you are getting an eye exam or just picking up contacts or glasses, you are always taken care of like you are the only client of the day. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! Best place for the care of your eyes!
