I have been going to altima insurance for awhile now and recommend them to a few people now I started my policy in river oaks but what I dont understand is it's the same company but my insurance was about to need to be renewed and they gave me a quote and it was higher then what I was already paying so I called the one in haltom city and they found me better and way cheaper so they told me they would save it and I could go to the one closer but of course the amount was more when I got there dont ever believe what they say on the phone go inside and be ready to pay that day or it will be different next time

The most worst experience ever! There so unprofessional unpleasant very rude and ghetto! My son had to use the rest room we had a long day he had drank a lot of water that day super hot day and ask to please use the rest mind you he just turn 4. The rude work here side very spiteful there’s a restroom outside to door down. Not I’m sorry not any manners once’s so ever. Yelled at my son for trying to run to a restroom so he wouldn’t pee in his pants. She yelled at him saying not to go back in the office which again my son is 4 she tried closing the door on him. And I told her do not even think about hitting him with the door. I sent my son out side with my mom while I had a conflict with her just reminded her. That she should be working at an office to cause me out in front of my son. She basically kicked us out for no reason? And was being super ghetto causing and yelling at me make hand move ments. I hope she never works at an office agian. I will report her to the owner and go forward from there if nothing is done. I will go from there. Never go with your child there they missed treated my 4 year old son for no reason? She spoke to him like an adult? Never have I my sons never had experienced a person yelling and causing at his mom. He was very confused and was asking me a lot of questions. My son said maybe she’s anger because her heart got broken? That broke my heart something has to be done

Absolutely worst company ever completely disrespectful the worst customer service I have ever dealt with especially this location so happy to be washing my hands of Altima insurance You are better off going to a company directly instead of dealing with these idiots they overcharged on multiple occasions and then Acted completely clueless about the situation and they never return your phone calls and are absolutely disrespectful and very unprofessional Save yourself the trouble go to another company

Omar is great, he has a great personality but most of all he gets things done efficiently and quickly. Loved how me made sure I understood everything before I walked out.

Yovana was so friendly and helpful I've talk to her couple of times before because of my parents insurance and now she helped me get my own she is great
