Altitude Trampoline Park - Sugar Land

I loved this place, I went with my friends just the other week. There was almost no one there, and so many different things that we could do. Great place to have a party or event, but make sure that you go on a week day or else it's Bananas in there.

This place use to be the go to, to bring small children but unfortunately it isn't anymore. These kids that come here are very disrespectful to adults! I had an incident while with my 2 yr old and unfortunately management are kids themselves so nothing was done. Don't bring your toddlers here after 5pm. I almost had to call the cops because of the situation.the prices are decent but of course that isn't the problem here, huge lack of responsibility on management and staffing. I would recommend an adult being on staff or re train these kids they hire

So so. Other locations are probably better. Management is cool. They have deals on certain days or seasons. Can get pricey. To save money keep your socks wash and reuse.

Worst place ever, extremely unsafe and not suitable for kids to play. A good 40 percent of the lights are either turned off or not in working condition, talked to the manager, and did not care at all.

Great place for a kids birthday party. We hosted our 7 year olds birthday here but with a slight hiccup, and the staff made sure we were taken care of. Great work y'all!

The people here are very nice. The place is kept clean and my daughter and her cousins had a blast. Highly recommend.

The employees were very friendly and helpful and the price was affordable! We even won some small rubber ducks out of the arcade machines!

My daughter got sick before her birthday, and we weren't allowed to cancel. There wasn't a cancelation mentioned on the call. Sue then said I had to reschedule, when i told her to reschedule for 2 weeks she then put it in the system for one week and just got a notification for today at 2 pm. I wanted to add after a week of trying to get this resolved with James, they still didn't want to give our money back. This place steals your money.

Worst Place on the face of the earth. I will NEVER be back and I advise that you NEVER have your child’s party here. The manger Sue is extremely rude and disrespectful, and so is all of her staff. They pad the invoices with extra charges. They lie about about what is included in the packages. If I could give negative stars I would. They placed the wrong order with Marco’s Pizza when I asked them to remove their mistake from my invoice they decided to call the police instead. This is a dangerous practice to call the police over a customer service issue. They lied and said that Marcos pizza would not take off the charge for the mistake but when I called Marcos myself, they stated that they will takeoff the charge so Sue and her people decided that they were going to get the refund from Marcos but then not give me a refund for their mistake. All this happened while one of the staff was shouting racial slurs at me and my party guests. As this happened, the police arrived and heard the staff member yelling at us.

Not that attractive. Food was old and customer service (cashier) was not available. Have to wait. They asked my daughter to pay for socks even though I already paid for it. She has to pick it up when I came back to pick her up after she played with her own socks

This place is steals your money. My friend Yuri had to cancel because her daughters got sick. They never told her over the phone there were no refunds. She did contact them, and they screwed up the reschedule. They want their money back.

The staff at this location are very unprofessional and just plain rude. DO NOT PATRIONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

Sue needs more managerial training and should learn that customers come first. If she cant fix her attitude she needs a new job.

Great place to have a birthday party. The staff was really nice throughout the entire experience. The kids & adults enjoyed themselves. The restrooms were clean, as well as everything else.

My daughter had a birthday party here, the host was amazing. I’m drawing a blank of her name but she was great and accommodating. She saw we had a lot of guest and staff brought over an extra table so they could sit without us asking. The facility was clean and staff was attentive. I will definitely go back in the future

My grandson really enjoys going to jump! Staff has been nice & helpful. The place is clean.

Sugarland Altitude was very clean and well maintained. The music was good and we had a great time at our party. Will be coming back again soon.
