Altitude Trampoline Park in Richardson reviews
17My child went to a birthday party here on a Saturday and when I say it was packed, it was PACKED. A lot of noise, kids everywhere. But they seemed to be having fun. So this is a good place to bring children of all ages.
Great place for kids and adults to have fun! The staff is super friendly and the place is always clean.
Wonderful experience for the whole family, adult, children and infants alike.
Whether you want to play alone or teamplay, both options are available.
Fun place, well run despite a million kids and chaos. I do recommend this place if you have kids as it is a favorite for our teens
Kids these days got it good when I was little I had to jump in my mom's bed for this kind of fun but seriously the children love it and it tires them out highly recommend
I was very hesitant to bring my 3 year old here because this kind of place tends to appeal more to older kids and can be quite dangerous for younger ones. My little one had ZERO ISSUES! There’s a 6 and under play section but honestly, he was able to play everywhere. It was busy during the day on a Friday but he was able to enjoy himself in every section. The kids, for the most part, kept an eye out for the younger ones. The staff, from the front desk attendants, to the staff watching over the kiddos was fantastic! They even watched my son for me while I took my newborn for a diaper change. They’ve got Icees, Dippin’ Dots, snacks, cold drinks and even food here. I had no problem finding seating on the leather couches and we had a blast here. Definitely considering making this a regular visit.
Never again. I don't need M yelling at me while I'm trying to console my kid. She twisted her ankle and that was that. But to berate me in front of my kids is insane.
Great trampoline park, clean, lots of space for kids to run and easily keep track of them across the entire area.
Our Dover Safety Patrol students had a great time! Thank you to all of the staff, specially to Maria, for making our visit so wonderful.
Lots of activities. I’m not giving 5 stars just because it takes forever for your food to get ready. Had to wait 1: 45min for a pizza.
Let me say, when we go here, we have FUN. It's a busy place but that's only because people like it. If your hoping to have a birthday party here it's great.
Honestly I didn't like it, it was a bad decision to make, I went so far to take my son to have fun, they'll have a wonderful time! But they disappointed me with their poor attention! I invited some aunts to go. Which my husband came over to turn off and sign the papers but they never explained to him; that everyone had to sign, even if they didn't jump. When we said go up to take care of the child, in a brusque way he said: a lady here can't go up if they want to go up and sign for a bracelet, which I understood very well. But what he said next I didn't like. If you want, he said it in an ugly and abrupt way. She also said that they assist her who was in the box sometimes she was bad. What kind of place is this then?
The staff is awesome! The woman running the dodgeball was a spitfire. Great atmosphere for the little kids. This location is very well lit and easy to see the whole space. I’d recommend Urban Air for older kids. If you have toddlers or just small children of any age, this place is safe and welcoming. Super fun
Great place except they don't offer any Vegan options so my family is unable to eat here, even if we want to throw a birthday party unless we will pay them $50 so we are allowed to bring food we can eat, into rh facility. Rather disappointing. The place is nice but unable to bring people together for an event here due to food policy.
This place is a ghetto, very unorganized, nobody is supervise kids activities, big teenagers playing very rude and unsafe for the little kids
I love everything, except the bathroom location, for the safety of kids. Should move to the center of the building. Where we all have access to see
Not very impressed with it
Instead of foam pits there were air bags
Had some cool unique features like a punching bag machine game, a place to swing from into an air bag, and a place to pseudo-fight with soft poles
The rules were very strict however, no running, no flips, always have to land on your feet, etc.
The food was ok at best, if not a tiny bit over priced
