4I had to call requesting updates. They never followed up after I received an email so that I could book the travel package.
Hours online show Open Saturday 10am to 5pm, called and got voicemail stating office is closed on Saturday. Someone please update the listing.

The US Dollars and Japanese Yen exchange rate at this American Express was better than other banks (even with the transaction fee) comparing to 4 other banks and one foreign currency exchange place. The banks also required that I had an account with them. The service at this location was great and I will use them again to exchange foreign currencies in the future.
