Altra Federal Credit Union reviews
6Someone on the phone will tell you one thing, and someone at the branch will tell you something else. The insufficient funds charge is much higher than other banks, with little to no leniency or time to correct. One mistake and you've been charged 4 times while at work. This place doesn't care about me or my money, and the decision to bank elsewhere was made extremely easy.
Tried to join, they told me they could not approve my membership because my credit score was to low. But they couldn't tell me what my score was. It's in the mid 700's. What kind of score do you need? Or do you have to know someone to be a member?
I’ve been a member with Altra for awhile now. Tori English has been my loan officer and she is excellent and very helpful. I hands down would recommend using her when you need your next loan or starting a new account. She is all about looking out for her customers. Give her a chance to process your next loan and you won’t be disappointed. I never leave reviews but with her outstanding services. I wanted others looking to know from a first hand member with Altra that she is great!
Great customer service. Associates are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the technology, it really makes transactions fast and easy.
I'm having the worst experience with a lending institution that i have ever dealt with.
First they push you through a call center and they give you different information of forms of payment and then when you get to the actual bank they tell you something totally different.
Then they have me drive one hour to a DMV to get my title only to have the DMV tell mw that they can't give the title because the lender hasn't put any information in the system.
So you do everything right and payoff your loan and the lender doesn't give you your title or help and give credible information on how to get your title.
There is a total disconnect between the call center and the actual bank branches and each side blaming the other side for the wrong information
