Absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had a bank at both a credit union and a standard bank. After a fraudulent purchase of $1,101.92 they don’t want to recredit me before the 45-60 days that they warrant reimbursements after the investigation which is absolutely ridiculous. I now have no way to pay my bills and all my bills are charging a return of charge and a late fee, that I HAVE TO PAY because my money was stolen. I have reported this bank to the CFPB and they will be investigating this bank. This is the absolute worst customer service/fraud department. I’m absolutely furious….

I've recently had to close out a debit card, and I've been trying to get a new one for 3 weeks now. I've called multiple times about it and each time they've said they will put in a order for one then I waited a week and since I didn't receive it yet I called again. Turns out not once, not twice, but three times they have yet to send in the card. I've been told to go inside the store but I'm currently out of state due to military reasons. This is extremely unprofessional and not worth it.

Loan mishandled, a month of wasted time. I would recommend going elsewhere

We are currently having a ton of issues with our loans. It’s very unfortunate at the moment. They don’t have the titles for any of our purchases which has been a big ordeal for a month now. We have been in the process of attempting to sell one of our vehicles but can’t because Altra lost the title/supposibly never got it when we’ve been paying them on this vehicle for about 10 months now. We will be banking with someone else as soon as this situation is handled.
