Super quick trip. We were in and out in an hour. With x-rays and a temp cast in place. Also, the staff are very friendly

The staff and Drs.have always been very friendly and informative.
I will forever come here for my medical emergency needs.

Very nice people! My hubby needed to be seen on vacation after waiting at the hospital for two hours we came here. Then they tried to help us with going to urgent care. That didn't work so we came back. They are very nice and go above to make you feel comfortable. I appreciate how fast it was as well! Definitely recommend coming Here if you need medical care!

This was not my first visit to Altus in Lake Jackson. If I could come to Altus as my primary care I would.
I’ve never had to wait to be taken to a room and have always been tended to in a timely manner.
As for the staff, no complaints. Friendly pleasant and caring from the front desk to everyone.
Highly recommend their services.

They are fast no wait time. Soon as you go to the back the nurses come in to. They take really good care of you. Excellent patient care!

Everyone there was wonderful and all made sure i received the care I needed and all went above and beyond what you expect

Was taken care of very quickly & proficiently. Staff was pleasant & recognized the need to treat as quickly as possible. Correct assessment & treatment given along w/helpful information. Highly recommend this facility. I’m on vacation so appreciated the great care given.

Great place! I love how quick they are, and how soon I got into the room and telling them my problems I had. Doctors, and nurses were all great! Very nice and made sure every few minute I was okay! Would definitely go here!

My experience in ERs aren’t usually for myself. Now that I have my own experience to use to evaluate I’m very happy going forward with building a new relationship with the Altus team. Y’all took great care of me even though it was “just” poison oak.
(Plz everybody, use your eyes, look for red tinted oak leafed vibe) …I did not.
I would not wish this misery on even a career politician!

Went in after being thrown from a horse. They were very patient, kind and extremely caring. They took
Time in answering our questions and keeping us updated. Highly recommend when you’re in need of critical care.

The staff was warm, welcoming and caring. They followed COVID protocol. All procedures & medication administrations were explained. I was so sick I really didn’t care what needed to be done, just, please, do it. I recovered exactly as they predicted. I’ll choose them every time. Oh, no wait time, either, I was taken to a room immediately.

Every time I go to Altus Emergency, the receptionist shows concerns about me, sometimes she took me inside for quick treatment before the paper work. And that's what EMERGENCY MEANS!
Once inside nurses, technicians and doctors promptly provide special attention to my situation, taking care of me in a professional way and nice communication. Thanks to all personnel who are the hart ️ of this efficient service.

By far the best hospital we have in this area. There was no wait time nurses doctor all staff were all very helpful and kind. Excellent pain management and all around care. Very clean except entrance doors. The only thing I could possibly find that could be better was during discharge. We were given paper work to take to regular care doctor and told to follow up and continue with meds however once arriving home I read the papers and it said not to take ibuprofen and that was actually the first thing I did seeing as I was never told not to. Still best hospital go here. Let you know once bill comes how they compare.

This was a great experience from check-in to walking out. The doctors and nurses were top notch, friendly and made sure I knew everything they were doing to me. I left with all the instructions I needed and did not have to ask any questions because they had already addressed them. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Altus of Lake Jackson!

I have been to Altus in Lake Jackson several times. Each time they have helped me. The entire staff are excellent professional friendly and caring. They always follow up after the visit by phone to see how you are and if there is anything they can do. I will always choose Altus over going to a hospital ER. They are very quick in seeing you so you're not going to spend hours there. I would tell everyone to go to Altus at least once you won't be sorry and it will definitely change what you think of ER's

The staff here is wonderful! From entrance to exit, everyone was friendly, caring and professional. Its hard to improve on perfection! Sure wish we had something like this in Reno; Altus definitely runs circles around what passes for Urgent care at home.

The staff was efficient and informative. I was taken into a room immediately and my symptoms addressed right away. The doctor and nurses explained my condition thoroughly and answered all my questions. I will definitely return when I need urgent care.

Vikki was my nurse and she was amazing! I don’t remember the doctor’s name but he kept me at ease and was very comforting with any questions or concerns I had. They helped with my pain and were very sweet. Even the radiology tech was very good at explaining things and help me to be at ease while getting some test complete.

Altus is incredible! I was having pain and respiratory issues, and my visit was incredibly fast, everybody was professional and helpful, and I feel %1,000 better than I did when I walked in there! The best part is that I didn’t need to pay much at all!
