Altus Emergency Center Waxahachie

We went late one night and got right in. We aren't from here and this is the best ER I have ever been to. Everyone was friendly and patient with a very sick/whiny 2 year old. Allison was our nurse and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have visited this emergency room on several occasions, and I can definitely say it’s always a good experience. The staff are so nice and very attentive. I also have taken my 3 year old daughter and they took very good care of her! There is never a long wait and the facility is very clean! 5 stars from us! Thank you for always taking care of me!

All needs met, clean, bright, comfortable environment. Professional friendly & caring staff. No wait even while being busy. Shout out to (Brittany, Sierra Dr Abdo) …. Great job!

Took my son in for ankle injury and they took care of him. Xrays taken and treated the injury. But it did take nearly 45 to be seen by the Dr. But no others were in the lobby so safe atmosphere during these times.

I sat for over an hour in the exam room to see the doctor. Then another hour to have the x-ray technician come in and another hour waiting on X-ray results that never came. I finally got up out of frustration and went to the desk and told them “l’ve had enough, I’m leaving”. They all gave me weird looks until they realized my discharge paperwork was sitting in some file organizer. I realize that some patients are ahead of me because they needed to be. However, over three hours to get a simple x-ray and out of there was ridiculous. And not right! They blamed it on a new doctor! And this was first thing in the morning! I was the second patient there! I

The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff are commendable. We found a much better place to go than a hospital ER. Many thanks for all you do.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Very quick to be seen and treated. After waiting for hours to be seen in the hospital ER, Altus was a welcome change.

Service was quick, everyone was kind, friendly and professional and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience I have already started on my meds and look forward to getting back into action very soon. Thank you Altus Waxahachie!

They are always SO welcoming and super clean and professional. You hardly ever have to wait and even if you do, it's never for very long. I will never ever go anywhere else now!

I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience at Altus Emergency Center last night. I wasn't feeling well considering having a sinus infection and an enormous headache that needed immediate treatment. The Technician and Doctor provided professional medical services that made my day 100% better. When I need emergency care, I know where I can go to get the treatment I need. Thanks to you all!

I had the best experience here. All the staff was friendly and did all they could to make sure i was correctly diagnosed and taken care of. Dr. Lee had great bedside manner.

Dr Abdo is always amazing and so compassionate. Nurses and staff are also so friendly and caring too! They always make us feel safe and in good hands.

Great staff! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed treatment again. They were very attentive to my needs. Very nice and pleasant.

The staff was great and the doctor was a 10 and the lady at front desk was super! Thanks so much for your help I was in so much pain and each person treated me like I was so special!

I would definitely recommend this facility. The facility was clean. The staff was courteous, and I was in and out of there within an hour.

Went in for stitches in my finger. Staff was great but Dr Nandi was rough with my hand. She was not gentle and gave several lidocaine shots but did not wait for it to take effect. I felt two of the three stitches. Went back 10 days later to remove stitches and the staff was great and a nurse took them out. I would go again but not if that doctor was on duty.

Great experience. My daughter’s pediatrician was booked and had to get her seen quick! The staff was EXCELLENT and she was in and out quick. Honestly, I wish I could take her there as her regular pediatrician:) would def recommend

Always so professional and show real concern for me I really appreciate having a place to go where it doesn't take 6 or 8 hours to get in back and see a doctor this is a great place
