6Took my older Kenmore canister vacuum clean due strange noise when vacuuming. A $135.00 later my vacuum is returned to me AND NOW both wheels on the power head falls off when vacuuming. Took it back and I was told that the housing wore out. BOTH AT THE SAME TIME, I THINK NOT! I was told that they could not get parts for the wheel housing, but offered to give me $135 toward an new vacuum cleaner ($800+). My opinion is that it was damaged during repair and returned to me with a garbage story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
They have repaired 4 of my sewing machines. They were quick, & good & inexpensive. I highly recommend them.

Only called for price quote but the repair man was pleasant, funny and engaging. Then they had the best price around.
He has a small shop in Alvin and another one in Victoria and runs them simultaneously. This causes him a road time and increases is turned around time for repairing the machine. However that said he knows his business and repaired our Janome MB7 embroidery machine that came from the factory with a problem.
Very friendly, repairs are top notch and done in a very timely manner!
