As a vendor, I d like to share my experience with Sabrina at Always Floral Spring. First of all her works are phenomenal! Her vision and execution are on point. She will make your dream come true! One thing i love about her works is she never half-a** on anything. She will go full out and make sure your day the most fabulous day of your life! Let's talk about her personality though. Sabrina can be straight forward but seriously, she is the most kind person i have ever known. She is passionate about her work and helping our couples for their special day! Her bubbly personality will brighten up your day when you talk to her. I would totally recommend her for every couple! If you want something impressive, Always Floral Spring is where to go!?

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Booked with Sabrina over a year ago. Paid in full which was $4,384. Everything was going great until a month out from our wedding, our coordinator wanted us to round up all of our contracts and for them to be signed by us and the vendor. When we contacted Sabrina she informed us in her 15 years of being in business she had never signed a contract or anything. Her version of a contract was the receipt of everything we had purchased. After this was said she was nothing but rude and unprofessional to my Fiancee and our wedding coordinator that reached out to her. I feel so bad for all the people we had recommended to this horrible business. Also may I add that she just posted on their business account saying that they are wanting to donate the flowers that was bought for our wedding and that they want to give them to a very deserving and good human. Umm I am sorry but all we asked for was a contract and you refused. Sabrina id love for you to comment on this and try to tell me im wrong. It would be hilarious to add all the screenshots.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED TERRIBLY!

I was hesitant to order online but after a phone call I decided to take the chance. I ordered through the Spring location. The young lady I spoke with was very cordial and helpful on the phone answering all my questions. The dozen roses were delivered the next day and mom was very pleased. Not only was it a lovely arrangement but they actually had a rose smell - most roses don’t have much scent so maybe I just got lucky. If I order flowers again in the area, I’ll definitely use this store.

I support local businesses but in this particular case feel compelled to write about my experience. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Their website says "same day delivery if ordered by 2: 30 pm" I placed my order yesterday at 9: 40am and unfortunately the arrangement was not delivered at all yesterday. (I did receive a confirmation of the order).

I called this morning to find out what had happened and why the arrangement was not delivered. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and ended the call by telling me "I don't want to talk with you right now" and hung up on me!

I called back about an hour later, hoping to speak with someone else but unfortunately got the same employee. I calmly explained being upset because the order was not delivered and wanted to make sure the order was cancelled. I was hung up on a second time. REALLY?

Pay for services and they don't deliver but am treated like somehow I am in the wrong? Glad they are not the only floral shop in the area.
I will continue to support local business but not this one for sure!

Owner is ruining her own reputation with her lack of professionalism and response to customers.

** In response to the sellers reply;
I DID in fact pay for my order and received the online confirmation as I explained to you before you hung up on me the first time. The fact that you or your staff did not process the order has nothing to do with me.
Calling to find out why the order was not delivered as expected is not bullying.

You were "trying to help me" a day too late! The arrangement was to be delivered yesterday.

Ordered flowers and candy to be sent to my grandmother for the holidays. I received a call from this store saying they couldn’t find the house so I needed to provide directions. I live in Ohio and was told that I should look at a map and tell them how to get there. When I questioned why they couldn’t do this, the lady began to scream at me and say she was going to cancel the order. She hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. I have no idea if she is refunding my money because she won’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. Terrible person terrible business.stay away!

Sabrina took time away from managing her own personal family convalescence to make a very special long distance anniversary request a reality. My wife knows her flowers and Sabrina created a fantastic arrangement that far exceeded my expectations and thrilled my wife! A true blessing in these challenging timeS!

I don’t live close but she did such an amazing job for my grandmother funeral and with such great turn around. I can’t say thank you enough and the flowers were amazing! Beautiful!

Not sure how to even start this review. I called this store on Friday 5/10/19. The person answered the phone and I asked where they were located. She told my it did not matter the flowers were all going. I understand it was mother's day weekend but I needed something for the following week not this week. Just a rude way to handle business. Never going to do business with this company! That's a shame. I was looking for a place close to home. Just bad businesses!

Hands down best florist of all time! I called and spoke with Sabrina to let her know I needed something special for my sister. She went above and beyond to help me with picking out the most beautiful arrangement! When I saw the picture I was so happy! I actually called back again 3 weeks later and was again amazed at how gorgeous the flowers I ordered looked. Needless to say this will be my go to floral shop.
