6I am new to this are and I always start off with a basic manicure and pedicure to test out a salon! This salon was clean and the ambiance was relaxing and peaceful! I absolutely love my nails! And the service I recieved! The price was beyond fair and reasonable enough to leave a decent tip! I have found my nail home! Brian and Henry did my hands and feet.
Their very nice and they do a great job. I love going here it's a treat for me
Worst experience ever. They had me waiting for a long time. The lady was very rough and left my toe bleeding. It last me over a week.
I've uses this salon several times and they're usually great however this time was a horrible experience. I walked in without an appointment and has to wait. I asked how long and they said 30 minutes. All my fault. I have never seen then this busy. During my wait two Hispanic girls walk in and they didn't have appointments either and were told 40 minute wait. It made sense. At 30 minutes I asked how much longer and they said 20 more minutes. I told them I would go someone else and as I was leaving she told one of the Hispanic girls she was ready for her to come on back. What the heck happened? None of us had appointments so why was I, a white girl, having to wait 20 more minutes and yet the Hispanic girl was taken back before me? Prejudicial treatment.
