20Great place to shop with no one harassing you. We did make a purchase and will highly recommend to others. Great experience, great prices! Employee's will check on you from time to time, but no high sales pressure tactics. Go here first before anywhere else, You won't regret it.
Bought dresser and chest from this place, the dresser had broken pieces and wouldn’t work right. They delivered another one. The drawers pull out but feels like it’s going to break apart everytime you open them. I guess they’re just cheap. Even though we paid $1100 for both. They’re pretty but doesn’t seem like it’ll last long at all.

Poor customer service. Warranty was added to our agreement without being verbally disclosed about the price for the warranty itself. Spoke to the assistant manager and she stated we should have read our contract before signing and that, that is how her employees are trained and that not disclosing more cost for the warranty was ok as long as they word it as a bundle. Cheap trick. My husband bought this furniture for his disabled mother who fell through hard times and is getting back on her feet. However, we have practically furnished and decorated our whole house with purchases from Amarillo Furniture Exhcange. A couple time over in fact. Very sad that instead of empathizing with a loyal/repeat customer the miscommunication was put on us. This has not happened before. Money is not the issue as it was not a huge cost at $143.00 just was a surprise when we logged in to check the balance and then how we were treated after. Be sure to read through the contract thoroughly before signing.
My husband just paid of the furniture and saw the refund for the warranty, thank you for understanding where we were coming from and getting him the refund.
Melanie was extremely helpful and patient with us. She made sure we got what we were looking for and helped us stay within a budget! She was very kind!

Got a good deal for a recliner. Customer service was great. When I picked up recliner from their warehouse it was the wrong color. It wasn’t a big deal for me personally, but I was disappointed.

Excellent customer service! We bought a used mattress from here a while back that ended up being too big for our bed frame, and we weren’t sure if we could return it and get a refund. Well Instead of getting a refund, they let us trade it in for a NEW mattress even though there was a price increase, and we didn’t have to pay anything extra! 10/10 recommend!
When this business 1st started, they were never treated their customers awful. Very disappointed with the service. If I'm buying items, the company should get the furniture and ask about delivery, don't try to make me go across town to pick up.
This place is great! I’ve been buying furniture here for years! Calvin is great! He is very helpful and really has taken the time to help me find what I’m looking for. I would recommend to anyone looking for furniture to shop here first!

I found the item I wanted, it was at a good price, the floor personnel were great and helpful, financing was easy. The lady at the front desk was polite and I was on my way.
The problem came with setting up delivery and the way Calvin spoke to me and treated me. He caught my attention when I was standing in line with how he treated others too. I don’t know who gave him a glowing review here, probably a buddy. But he should not be in customer service!
Not only do they charge $100 for delivery which is way too much and offsets the good sales price, but they cannot give you a delivery window. I’ve bought furniture from Bob Mills, Ashley, Haverty’s. They can give a delivery window! Maybe this place is short handed?
When I called back to try and work out a delivery time, Calvin answered and when I asked politely if I could have a minute of his time, he rudely cut me off and said “maybe a minute, what do you need”. He proceeded to grumble and complain to me about how they can’t give a delivery window and I was told I would get a call anywhere from 15-30 minutes before delivery could be made because they don’t know what other hassles they will encounter during the delivery day. They do not deliver on weekends. So this means I would have to lose a day of leave or pay because I can’t up and bolt from work with a short notice. This may not be an issue for others but I was left with no option but to cancel my order. When I went up there to do that which was immediately after I hung up, I had the unfortunate displeasure of being waited on by Calvin. He didn’t say sorry this didn’t work out, we do hope you come back, have a nice day, nothing! Who is his boss?
The loss of my business won’t matter, but as I said I heard and saw his numbing behavior to others too. Give the man a vacation or another role in the company Please! Maybe he is overworked if y’all are short staffed. Something is wrong! If you are the owner Calvin, shame on you for acting like that to people. We are the customer!
