The woman "daisy" who sets appointments for the endocrinologist dep. Was extremely rude to me when I was just trying to get a referral appointment set up and really didn't understand what I was doing, to put it bluntly I'm having some pretty scary health complications. I'm young and haven't been to the doctor much less dealt with having to call my insurance provider before, most offices can just tell you wether they accept your insurance or not but for whatever reason daisy said I need to call my insurance to figure out if I can go there.for whatever reason she also felt the need to "give the same energy back as I was giving to her" being rude or annoyed at/to me both of our phone called that lasted maybe 6 minutes total.although my energy was nerve wracked and anxiety ridded over my health It was apparently perceived as rude and so even though I explained to her that I also work in customer support and understand that's not part of procedure how you treat people. She still stood her ground and said she was just giving me my own energy. I also spoke to "Diane" supposedly the supervisor of this woman and she literally laughed when she told me she was putting me back on with daisy and "hopefully she can chill out" I really can't believe I have yet to walk thought the doors and I already feel uncomfortable going there even more so than the usual doctor's office anxiety.i shouldn't have to deal with some high schoolesqe made up in your head drama in order to get healthcare and see my doctor. Honestly one of the worst supposed professionals I've had to experience and the only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because I was referred to Dr Caga-Anan from my primary care. Now I guess I'm going to have to try a and get a different referral.
