I had a recent cancellation due to Covid-like symptoms and was charged $60! I had never canceled before. This was an outrage to me. When discussed with the supervisor Cymbal her response was, “Sorry that is our policy. ” Not professional at all. I will not return to this location and intend to cancel my membership. Please don’t have an emergency and have to cancel. They are not sympathetic at all!

Very disappointed, and unsatisfied. Decided to give this place a try because of the good reviews, even booked with the master stylist. My lashes didn't even last a full week and one eye has way less then the other. I called to see if they could do something about it and of course they said "it was probably the care or etc" I've had lashes before and this has never happened. All they said was I could schedule an appointment and pay a mini session, which is unfair because it's barely going to be a week and one eye has a way less than the other, and I haven't done anything different from my other Times! -

Tu is amazing! Love her each time she does my lashes! She is honest about what type would work on very thin lashes! She is the best!

1st timer for any type of lash extension & highly recommend ALS. I did chose a more experienced tech, Amy** & very happy with the results. I was expecting them to start falling out within the week, but I'm going on my 3rd week & lashes are full!
I chose the Gorgeous full, but looking to go with the classic next time. If you wear lashes this is a great place to get them done. Prices are affordable. I called around & this place was just right, plus they offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee.
Discuss the lengths with your tech to make sure it fits your look always consult that way your completely satisfied
This is my "NATURAL" style they have so many to pick from!

I have given the manager of this establishment 2 weeks to look into my complaint, and contact me back with a resolution. I have yet to hear back. I had eyelash extensions installed for the first time at the Copperfield location. I left satisfied, I even purchased a care kit and a membership. Unfortunately, when I went back several days later, that is when my experience turned into a nightmare. I was having discomfort in the center of my left eyelid since the second day of the install and due to work was not able to make it back out until day 5. A different technician than the one I initially had assisted me. She was not professional, I had to ask what she was doing because she was very aggressive, and she mumbled answers to me. And stated that some of my lashes were clumped together. She then took a personal phone call in the midst of working on my lashes. Her aggressive approach was causing so much discomfort, I asked if it would be better to remove them. She told me I would have to pay. I told her that I should not have to pay, she said she wanted to try one more time. And she was even more aggressive and pulling my lashes out. I told her to stop and just remove them. She then put a light coat of liquid onto my lashes then instantly began to pull out my lashes. I asked her if she was supposed to let the liquid soak my lashes to soften the glue because it really hurt and I did not want her pulling my lashes out. She told me because my set was so new that is why. She continued to pull them, and I told her that it would be better to soak the lashes and she told me "no that would take time. " I told her I was okay with that. She told me no and continued to pull my eyelashes out. The pain got so bad and my eyelids were raw, I told her I did not care what was left and to stop. I then went to the front desk and asked how lashes should be removed. I was told they are to be soaked with the liquid and covered with plastic for 10-15 minutes. I then canceled my membership and left a msg for the manager to call me. I then called the mgr the next day to report this and she stated they have never received a complaint about that tech before but so she would look into it. She offered me a new set. I told her after such a traumatic experience how could I trust anyone there to work on me. I asked for a refund of my whole or at least the services I paid for. As a courtesy due to an employee being negligent. She said she no but would look into it and get back to me. I trusted this establishment, and I went back expecting them to fix my issue but they hurt me instead and did nothing to compensate me.

I had an appointment on Monday at 5: 30 I had a car accident, I called them at 5: 00, I asked them to reschedule my appointment for the next day, and they accepted. However, they took 40 $ from my credit card and the next day when I back there, they did not accept me. They told me you do not have any schedule for today. They have a very bad attitude and do not know anything about that customer service I will never back there.

This by far was the worst experience i have ever experienced. I went in to get my lashes done. The stylist did not follow the style i wanted and told me “ not to tell anyone” that she already started using the “ volume” lashes and mixed them. When i looked in the mirror my lashes looked very scanty. I walked into my car and my lashes were falling apart. I spoke to the receptionist who was very nice. She said she was going to call the manager and have the manager call me the next day. 24- hours later and the manager never called me! Called again and receptionist stated the manager was busy but would offer a “ free “ service. I again stated i am not interested in another service and would like a refund. Till today the manager has not called me back.u The lady at this location who removed my lashes even said that the girl did a bad job.

DO NOT GO HERE! Lashes are not good! And the manager has no care. I still never recived a call.

My lashes looked 6 weeks old and were very scanty!

I came here for the 1st time today for my 1st ever eyelash extension. Although there weren’t available appointments online, I called the location to see if they would be able to take me today & they had an opening within the hour which was amazing! When I got there Amy was already ready for me & she did such an amazing job, I love my lashes & I will be returning?

Got my lashes done, they lasted for about a week. I signed up for membership originally but after my first experience of lashes not really lasting, I wanted to cancel. I called, someone was supposed to email me a sheet, for cancellation. (Never received it). You can’t just cancel membership virtually, unless they send you the form. I don’t like that, especially right before a snow storm, during a pandemic.

Even though my lashes didn’t last, I can say The lash tech was very compassionate during the process. My eyes water so much and she was very patient, and careful with me.

I went to do my eyelash extensions on Wednesday next morning woke up with red infected eye and major headaches. When I talk to the owner for refund they totally backed out and said we can’t do anything. Rather suggested me to remove the eyelash so basically trash my $80. DONOT USE THEIR EYELASH service unless want to get eye infection.

The front desk refused to accept a special that the salon was running. She said it didn’t apply to past customers. I have not had eyelash extensions for 8 months. I don’t call myself a current customer if I haven’t walked through the door in 8 months. In addition, the stylist was running 15 minutes behind so I needed to cancel. I was told I could not book any more appointments with Amazing Lash as a result. This is a situation that could have been problem-solved with a professional running the front desk. Apparently return business isn’t a priority work the Copperfield location any longer.
