Amazing Lash Studio, Fort Worth TX

I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and it used to be great service and well managed. I’m not sure what is going on now but it’s not the same. I just got back from a full set appointment that took 2 hours and 35 min. And the technician still wasn’t done! I had to tell her to stop the service. That is way too long for eyelashes especially when not one time did she ask if everything was ok. Or say one word. At the 2 hour and 35min. Mark I said what time is it? Are you almost done? She said I just have to do the inner corners. I said don’t worry about it! My eyes were so sore and red from her pressing on them the entire 2 hours and 35min. My body numb from laying there not being able to move. If it’s taking technicians that long they may need more training. I told the lady at the front desk that it took way too long. Her response “ you did have a 2 hour service” I said My appointment was at 5: 40 and it is now 8: 15 and she still wasn’t done” who knows how long I would have been there if I hadn’t told her to stop the service. The lady at the desk was not apologetic at All and didn’t try to make things right. She just had a smirk on her face as she was checking me out. As I left she says “ have a nice day” knowing very well how upset I was. On an occasion before that the tech arrived 45 min late to my appointment…. That’s another review that i won’t even get into. I’m not sure who’s managing or what’s going on but it needs attention and that is the reason for this review. I don’t want to see an “ I’m sorry” response to this review because you weren’t sorry at all at the time. $ 149 for eyelashes that are t even done that took 2 hours and 35 min.

Just find another location! They are unprofessional and do not communicate. Better off finding a small business instead of this place. I’ve been a member of amazing lash studio for 4 years now and this location ended it for me!

EDIT: Makenzie reached out to me and set me an appointment to redo my lashes with Pat. They lol SO much better. In fact, they look how I expected them to look with the first visit. Not sure what went wrong with the first visit but I'm glad they were willing to make it right.
STAY AWAY! I needed to get lakes done before the weekend so I searched and found this place. I called and left a message but no one ever called me back so I decided to book online. There is a pop-up that said if you request a master tech, it's subjected to an additional charge. So instead of choosing abundance in particular from the drop down box, I just selected a service of full set and my preferred date and time. The only techs it gave me options for were master techs. I didn't realize that by choosing one from that screen would also result in an additional $30 charge. I was told at the beginning when i arrived to do my paperwork, that it would be $99 ($50 off the regular price of $149) as an introductory offer for new clients for a classic set. During the consultation portion, the tech said if I want file lashes, it would be an additional $60. I opted for the classic which is literally one to one lashes. When I checked out, I was charged $129 since I had a master tech do them. I tried to explain to the receptionist that during booking there wasn't any option for any other type of a tech and that I didn' choose her specifically, I just picked her from the list of available techs they gave me. Lesson learned. I got them done today and sadly, some are already falling off.

They are WAY over-priced for mediocre looking lashes! They give "discounts" if you sign up for a membership. But even those prices are higher than a lot of other places.

Very disappointed. Cannot tell I had a lift. Had it done yesterday. Could tell somewhat. I thought maybe not seeing it clearly because my eyesight is not good, but no can't tell. Had it done several years ago at a school, and it looked so much better then. I spent $130! So not worth the money. See pics.

Highly unprofessional and unsanitary, had gotten pink eye after the lash treatment which lead to me becoming blind in one eye due to their neglect of aftercare, will never come back

Please post your policy on children in the room/lobby. I spend $250 a month at your salon and my 13 year old couldn’t wait in the lobby.

I will say, with my eye shape, I like the style to look a certain/specific way and they were able to provide EXACTLY what I wanted with ease! This location is so welcoming, informative, and very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. From the front desk to the stylists, I've always had a great experience! This is my go to lash place!

I had a membership with them and canceled and I had a credit with them that expired in March, honestly it hadn't even been a year since I canceled my membership but it started getting pricey going so often. Unfortunately, I was not able to go in March and asked if they could honor the credit of $65 as a one time courtesy and was told no. What a bummer! They basically took that money from me!

I’ve had my lashes done for over 8 years. This was the WORST place ever! Their employees are not trained technicians, they’re fresh out of school students with no advanced training. This is fine, but they should let you know and charge accordingly. They don’t make their own lash fans. They have premade, extremely thin fans. Their own franchise brand. I needed an emergency refill for pictures - walked out looking the same as when I walked in. They charge to clean your lashes before they start and if you don’t want to pay, they give you a little paper cup of suds and send you to the restroom to do it yourself. Plus the receptionist is rude. Don’t waste your time or money on a franchise shop, use a professional salon.

Got a free service from Neya. I went in knowing it was going to be a student and not expecting perfection but the job was horrid. Her attitude was disgusting. && my eyes burned for days.

So.the place was nice and the staff was nice as well but for someone new to lashes I would not recommend. Maybe it was my fault for not asking enough questions but after all was said and done I don’t like my lashes and I feel like I paid way too much for something I’m not happy with. There wasn’t much explanation in the difference between lash types/styles. It was just a poor experience. The girl who did mine was great though super sweet.

Leah is Amazing! My lashes look Amazing! I don’t think any one has done a better job than Leah has and I have had lash extensions for about 3 1/2 years now! Have the worlds teeniest lashes and she manages to place an extension on each of them I am so grateful for her work and professionalism!

Hit or miss front staff is rude. Pricing is not transparent I booked for a refill front desk person sees my eye lashes ask me the COVID questions and proceeded to get me with a stylist. A fill with the 100 $ membership is 30 if you don’t have credits. When my lash tech finished I was charged 60 and told it was just the price after doing research I realized I was charged for a full set the counter clerk couldn’t give me any details on what service was provided that caused it to come out to 60. If I needed a full set that should’ve been explained at the front desk not at the end of the appointment. I asked front desk for a brochure and I was told pricing was changing

This was the experience of my first visit. Took over 2 hours for services to be done. Room was painfully cold. I understand Covid rules do not allow for blankets- but a heads up would have gone a long way. After services were done, I tried to pay and go. Even was interested in a membership, but the girl behind the counter was trying to fix an issue with the client before me and couldn't be bothered to just check me out so I could go. The entire experience was really bad.
Fast forward a day. As the day progresses over half the lashes on my left eye have fallen off. I called and just requested a refund so I could go to my regular salon.
And basically I was told the managers are all off today, and I'm not important enough to make an effort to get in touch with some one. So, awesome.

Great place! My lashes are beautiful and full! The stylists are amazing and the girls at the front are so sweet! I recommend coming here 110%! Best lash place in Fort Worth!

I love this studio and getting my lashes done here! Every service is wonderful and the stylists take such quality care of me and my lashes! They always look great and last for so long!

First set of lashes were great. Went in for a fill appointment and those fell out in less than a week! I even purchased some expensive lash coating product to help keep them in longer that did not work. I want to cancel my membership now. I called them and they said I have to cancel in person. What a waste of time and money.

Was my first time getting eyelash extensions.

I liked the look of my lashes with them. I would definitely get them again, but maybe only for special occasions.

My bf noticed them right away and really thought they were sexy. He never notices my hair changes or anything like that so it was special that he noticed my eyes!

Warnings:
-Glue kinda burns the first few minutes after opening eyes, have them put a fan over your eyes when you first open them.
-I lost a lot of the false eyelashes the first few days. After a week in, it was clear which lashes were my ride&die and which ones weren’t.

What selections I made:
-“sexy” style of eyelashes
-size twelves (was told thirteens would be too long for when I wear glasses)
-got the 3D lashes (3 strands per eyelash) instead of the 6D
-I opted out of getting the full track of lashes, because I wanted to see how I looked without all the volume

Only thing that kept this from being a 5 was the large number of lashes that fell out in the first few days.

This studio is top notch! I’m addicted to lashes and Libby Key is my go to girl for lashes. She is very talented and fun to hang out with. She is very detailed oriented. Master Stylist are worth their weight in gold!

Just left the studio for the first time. I got the natural singles and love how they look! Payton was awesome, super quick and very kind! I’ll definitely request her again for next time.
