Amazing Lash Studio, Grand Prairie TX

My tech! I can go a month between refills. I had never been able to do it before I went to an amazing lash studio.

I love this studio. Everyone at the front desk is very sweet and they work with your schedule. Go see Tabatha she's the best!

After trying several locations, I FINALLY found a location that is consistently friendly and professional. ALL the ladies at the front desk are amazing, and Lorena (my tech) never disappoints!

I have been coming here for years and they treat their clients like trash. I will be canceling my service.

The current store manager is very rude and dismissive to customers. I’ve never had a negative service experience until my contact with the current manager today. I cancelled my memebership because of my experience today.

I gave two stars because the customer service from the front desk girl, whatever her name was was horrible! I show up today to find out after my lashes are done that I 1st didn’t have any credits which I go to show her that I have a text saying I have credits available then to find out I don’t have my membership anymore! She tried to tell me my membership didn’t transfer over from another location when in actuality I signed up at the current location and i was charged the membership fee for a couple months but she claimed on her end that she didn’t see anything, no credits or membership she even claimed she didn’t see any of my past appointments! After naming off the stylists I’ve seen to prove I’ve been coming there for more than one fill. For a membership to be cancelled the customer would have to call and specifically ask to cancel which I didn’t do she really didn’t provide a solution other than she’ll put me on a customer service list.very weird and unprofessional I will not be going back.

I felt so welcomed and invited. Absolutely Customer Care experience. The stress I had from the day was left outside and forgot about.

Anyone who knows anything about lashes knows it’s about your stylist! Marissa is the way to go! She leaves you with lashes that last and exactly what you’re asking for. On top of that she’s very sociable. She’s the reason I continue to use amazing lash

Rosy is THE BEST! She is the only one I trust with my eyes. She consistently does an amazing job.

The second and 3rd time was my only good experience. First time I was put with a beginner tech which by the way, pushed down on my eyes heavily the entire time and had to many stickies, felt her tug on my natural lashes TOO many times, probably yanking out a few (which is the same price btw) and I went back the very next day as they weren't applied right at all. (not applied the base properly and popping off or lifting or applied 1 lash to multiple natural lashes which is extremely damaging to the natural lash OR being appliedto far out) The tech who fixed them made them nice and full and did them properly, however could tell a gap was caused from the previous beginner rep. The second tech that did my fill after that did the same, was applied correctly. Now the past 2 times, the tech I was put with was VERY nice my past 2 fills HOWEVER, iv paid $200 in the past 2 weeks for back to back fills a week apart each $100 because they had no fullness when I left my services, and even stated fullness wasn't her specialty when i pointed it out. Viewing my lashes after there were so many recognizable fully grown lashes not lashed or being missed. Not even the outgrown lashes with the most retention where being replaced with fresh ones and where left looking pretty bad. Was supposed to be a volume set and left 2x looking like a hybrid set was done. Also looking at the lashes that do fall out was not due to natural shedding, the lashes being found have no natural lash on them so they are just falling off. Gave it 1 more chance however the same thing happened. Will be canceling my membership asap. Was excited to upkeep my lashes here however is been a waste of money and TIME. I don't think anyone has time to keep reaching out and pointing out things.

This is my second time coming here and although the staff is super friendly and helpful I feel as though I have been stuck with 2 beginner techs, went in the first time and the tech was super nice but the next morning my brand new set started falling out so I came in and they touched it up for free (besides tip) I went in Wednesday for a fill and in 2 days my lashes have been falling out so much, I already need a fill. This is super frustrating as to this place isn’t cheap and I feel like I’m waisting my money. I really wanted to like this place.

Vivian and the front staff were awesome! Very prompt courteous and professional, will def. Come back!

Lorena is awesome! She is always so professional and does an amazing job with my lash extensions! She is by far the best last technician I have had!

Kiambree is amazing! She does a fabulous job! She’s always very professional and friendly! Always a relaxing time! Will definitely recommend her to anyone!
