7I love my Eyelash they did an amazing job. The staff is super friendly, and the place is very clean. I am very pleased and can’t ask for more highly recommended.
I’m pissed to say the least. My wife went in to get her lashes done, like she always does. Except due to us moving to the area she chose this place because it’s closer. She comes home to tell me she got a membership for $120 a month, and she can get her lashes done twice a month. Which isn’t a bad deal. HAH, what a joke, an hour later they’re all starting to fall out. 2 hours later they’re all mostly fallen out, where do you guys buy your glue and lashes? Temu? This is ridiculous, and based on so many others reviews and experiences similar to this situation. If y’all don’t fix her lashes and issue a refund, I will be calling TDLR to make a report. Might as well be someone doing them at her house with Amazon supplies.

Linda was super sweet & patient, and even put a cozy blanket over my legs The time flew by cus we were just chatting away. She made my lashes look SO natural. I highly recommend going to her!
The lash tech, Andrea from Pflugerville branch did an amazing job on my lashes. It’s not burning, very relaxing and beautiful outcome. I decided to go hybrid this time, this is my second time to go for eyelashes and I decided to be a member.

Ileana was the best! She was so sweet and funny and very gentle! I definitely fell asleep multiple times without realizing it! I love my lashes! The building was exceptional! I loved the experience!
The staff are very beginners and inconsistent in their service. Management is the same - very young and not focused on customer service or ensuring that the customer experience meets the price that is being paid. Salon owner is absent. It really just seems as if this salon is unsupervised and has no clear definition of service.
