I typically don’t write reviews but shoutout to Willow for doing an amazing job on my lashes. Any time in town I will book with her again. Thank you Willow?

I came in for a brow tint. I walked in and they thought this was for a lash service, also the upon speaking with Zulma she mentioned lashes and i had to remind her this was for eyebrow tint. I showed a picture of the shape i wanted and she claimed well that is ombre. I understood but was showing her the shape and fullmess i wanted. My eyebrows were not cleaned. She dis not even map them out or shape my eyesbrows. In the end they came out horrible and she even offered to just wipe them off! Theyre uneven and did not ask what i wanted or clarify. I normally gonsee Laura once or twice a year and I have had no problems. I will not be back here. Not a great experience the tint is so light i could have just drew them on myself. They are also longer than my eyebrows. I am highly disappointed. Do not use then for your brows. I want my money back. Front staff knew it looked a mess bc they didnt say anything

I should have follow my first mind! I literally wasted my money and time. Got my lashes done Saturday. Sunday I started seeing them falling. It’s Tuesday and more is falling. Call this location and front desk rep had a whole attitude. Call back and ask for manager to see how could they accommodate me, and still no response or call back! Please don’t waste your money! I’m pissed and I was leaving going out of town!

I was so excited to get my lashes done for the first time for my bachelorette weekend/ bridal photos, and ended up regretting the whole thing. I Had an appointment scheduled and was called 20 minutes before hand asking if I could come in another time, that the girl I booked with was running behind. I told them I couldn’t because I was going out of town the next day, they ended up calling me back, sounding very inconvenienced, but letting me know that they could get me in at the same time it would just be with someone else. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful and helping me decide what lashes to get.when I went back I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours and was finally done over three hours later. The girl doing my lashes never let me know that it was going to take longer and, of course, I couldn’t look at my phone to know the time or that so much time has passed. When I was finally done, she had gone way overboard with my lashes, I had specifically said I did not want them too full and wanted them to be fairly subtle as they were my bridal Photo lashes. They were so full. They made my eyes look dark and very ridiculous in my opinion. But at that point it was too late and I had been there for so long. When I got to the car and really looked at them, both the inner and outer corners looks like they were already coming off. By the next day, I had already lost those. I called to let them know all of these issues. They asked if I could come in and since I was out of town, I clearly couldn’t, and let them know. I was told that the manager or whoever was in charge to call me back so we can figure something out and I missed her call while being at work and tried to call back twice and never got a return call. I’m so disappointed in not only the work that was done but how my concerns were handled. Now I have lashes that look terrible for pictures and I’ll have forever.
