Amazing Lash Studio, Sugar Land TX

My regular lash stylist Tina, who I love, was unavailable so I booked with Magda and I just wanted to say she was great as well. My lashes look really pretty and the front desk is always friendly.

I’ve been a member at this location for years now. Unfortunately the last couple of times I’ve gone my experiences weren’t so pleasant. The first hiccup occurred when one of the employees used two of my credits without notifying me or mentioning anything, causing me to be confused on why I no longer had any credits (which they had charged me for when they were closed in the very beginning of COVID quarantine) When I was able to go back and do my lashes, the lash tech I was given was terrible. I’m not familiar with her name but she placed the glue so close to my eyes and nose that I was breathing in the fumes and could barely breathe. My eyes weren’t properly adjusted, so I ended up with glue In my eyes the throughout the entirety of the session. She was very unprofessional, rough, and was leaning against my forehead the entire time. I’m not sure how she applied the lashes but sections of them stayed on for months, which led to me having to remove them myself because walking around with sparse lashes is embarrassing. Normally my experiences here have been good. But the last couple of times have just been complete duds. Hopefully these occurrences can be fixed.

This location makes their own prices I have never paid a 20.00 lash fee knowingly for a master stylist. I'm awaiting a call from the manager let's see if I get. I have been to pearland location sienna as well and have never I usually tip my stylist 10 I don't think I will return here.

Love the setting and decorations as soon as you walk in. Very friendly staff, everyone is so friendly and ready to help. The lash room is so peaceful and comfortable, my lash tech, flor, took her time to make sure she got me right. The manager, Valeria, was so nice making sure I was comfy and had everything that I needed. Made sure I didn’t leave unhappy. She went out of her way to make me feel at home! It’s so worth it, you won’t regret coming here!

Good customer service today was my first full set here only took like 50 minutes and everyone was very nice and had great customer service. I got the natural ones!

This is my go to lash place and I have referred so many people there because they have asked me where I got my lashes done. Kelly is fantastic that you can absolutely not go wrong with anyone there. My getting ready time in the morning is so much easier thanks to amazing Lash studio! I’m getting Mary tomorrow and would not trust anyone else with my lashes!

This place is amazing! Great customer service and I love all the girls at the front! Aaliyah is an amazing stylist! She does a perfect job every single time! I would recommend Amazing Lash in Sugar Land 100%! Great Job Team ALSL! Keep up the GREAT work:)

I first came here to get eyelashes gone way wrong off here Valerie was super sweet and made me feel comfortable from the minute I went in and now my eye lashes are bomb!

Went in Saturday morning for my first time, staff okay lash lady can’t remeber her name but she was nice. Over all haven’t had my lashes for more than 3 days and I loved them once I saw but my lashes are falling off so much not very satisfied!

I went in for Lash extensions and I will totally recommend to my friends and family it’s very clean and customer service is right on point, Thank you.

The service was fine. But I just got a full set maybe a week ago and they’re already falling out bad. Never had lashes fall out so quickly. Very disappointed

Ask for Julissa! I love love love her! She not only takes her job seriously but has her clients best interest at heart. I completely trust her when it comes to my lashes since I’m fairly new to it and she is great at explaining everything you need to know about them. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for her was 5min top which works great for me bc I’m always in a hurry:) Ask for Julissa you will not be disappointed!

This place is great, really clean environment friendly customer service and of course AMAZING LASHES.
