Amazing Nails Spa, Spring TX

I am very satisfied with the nail service here. Nail technicians are very meticulous and pay attention to the shape, size, color and design of the nails. Great job!

I first went there to see if they could correct a horrible white tip full set job from another salon. They were very nice, symphathic and completely corrected the awful job from the previous salon for a very reasonable amout. Their salon is very pretty, very clean, and the ladies seemed to be very nice. So, I decided I would definitely go back and make it my new nail salon.

I made an appointment three weeks later and went in for a pedi, and white tip full set. The lady who did my pedi was very nice and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with her.
However, I was not pleased with the lady who did my nails. I wanted white tips, but she told me she would use powder to do the white tips because it was better. It turned out not to be better for me but better for them. It was a scam. She asked me if I wanted my nails to look natural, but they looked thick and bulky, anything but natural, and she filed my nails so roughly I had abrasions left on the sides of my fingers. She did not tell me until I got ready to pay with my debit card that they charge $3 extra for paying with it. That's also when I found out I had to pay twice the amount for my nails. The scam is, while she told me the tips would be better for me, she didn't tell me the price will be double. For my pedi ($36) and my nails, I was charged $105.57. I'm in the habit of leaving a tip, but since she charged me so much, I tipped only $10. I just want to pay and leave. I knew I was never going back. Now, when the charge hit my bank, She had added $10 more dollars to the tip I gave her, making the amt. $125.57. I was irate! I had to call them and make them give me the extra $10 back. The first thing they asked was if I had a receipt. Thank God I did, because If I didn't they could have claimed without the receipt, they couldn't know and give me a refund. OMG, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SHADY SCHEMES OF THIS SALON! MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS A NIGHTMARE! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

I was told one price for a full set, but there was no mention of a higher price if paying with a card until after my nails were complete. I asked if the tech could reproduce a ballet shaped nail and she said yes, but then created coffin shaped. When I showed the difference between the 2 shapes with a size by side photo, she vigorously filed my left hand all crooked. I asked her to correct twice and she made it worse wach time. Now the left hand is shorter than the right and the shape is still coffin on some fingers. Will not return.

Cindy always does my dip nail manicure and does a great job! She's very friendly, professional and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Rude AF. I walked in and one lady (she was working on someone) asked if I needed help.
I told her I needed a refill, she looked at
Me and then ignored me and went back to her client. I then waited a good 30 seconds to see if somebody would help me. Even went towards the front desk nobody came so then I just left the only thing that they were doing was just sitting down and just talking and their native language. I then called them to talk to manager and tell her that they were rude! She then said, how are we rude and proceeded to put me on speaker. And yelled through the phone. She said that she walked up to me and helped, she did not! If they have cameras you can see I was there for a good
Minute waiting on someone, but they looked like they just didn’t want to service me. She also proceeded to hang up on me too! The customer service is trash!

I literally just walked out of this salon. I was serviced by Cindy. I tried to show her that her nail polish may be old because my nails look very dull. She immediately got an attitude saying “that’s the polish we use everyday” which has nothing to do with it being old. I asked her who the owner was and she said “they are not here today”. I said sweetie I didn’t ask if they were here, I asked who the owner was and she said “I don’t know”. I then said you don’t know who owns the salon you work in? Then she ignored me. I again asked who the owner was and she again told me they were not there today. So finally I asked, what’s your name (because there were no name tags) she finally said Cindy (which I am not sure I believe). Then I asked what’s your owners name and she then said Henry, (which I also don’t really believe). I am not sure “Cindy” even has a license. However I will be reporting to the state board if she does not! And I of course will be having a conversation with the owner whatever his or her name is! I was willing to let it go that the manicure was trash, but the arrogance and lack of customer service is unacceptable! I went back in to ask to see “Cindy’s” license. All of a sudden no one speaks English, and no license was able to be produced. They will be getting a visit from the State board!

Walked in and they said I would have to wait for the lady to finish doing a set, which I didn’t mind. Then suddenly another lady started on my nails and you could tell right off the bat she didn’t have much experience. She did my nails very thick and when I asked if she could make them thinner, she mimicked me and started talking in their language while laughing, very rude, THEN she switched with the original lady that I was waiting for, and she fixed them and they ended up decent, but the experience overall was not pleasing. Maybe I would’ve had a better experience if they would have let me wait for the other lady.

Walked in with a friend. Not a long wait but seats were comfy anyway. I just got a mani- quick, efficient and I love the way it looks. Friendly service, great prices- excellent start to a girl day!
