I have been following the owner Albert Preciado for a while he has great content in his page. The guy has understanding of real estate and mortgages beyond your knowledge. I have never personally made business with Mr. Preciado, but the way he carries himself and treats his family is a reflection of his character. Definitely will be working with him in the future. I have been with Ambiance Realty for two years and from day one it has been a fantastic journey. When I joined the Ambiance team, I was provided everything I needed to start my Real Estate career. Given the option to select my commission split was very important to me, along with their lead program. Also, you’re given business cards, your own website, transaction management tools, and access to company paid on-line training classes to help you succeed. There are always training classes held at the office and if you’re not able to go to the office you can view them on “YouTube” to keep you abreast on what is going on in the real estate industry. Peerly, is always available to answer any questions and offer her expertise with your transaction’s. The office is “State of the Art” to meet with your clients. We tried buying a home Tonia Felczer had listed and it was a nightmare. She was extremely unprofessional and sent counter offers scribbled out on pieces of paper with ridiculous demands from her and her clients. She would also sometimes just refuse to respond to our offers or give confirmation they were received for WEEKS. Rude. Perhaps her clients are at fault for that as well but I believe her to have listed the house way over price and then tried and take advantage of our interest in the house because of its proximity to my family, which is just sad. We came very close to going under contract on this house until we realized her and her clients were going to be absolutely unreasonable the whole way through the process, so we pulled out. Would not recommend doing business with this specific agent.

Update: I was contacted by the owner of Ambience Realty and him reaching out to me about my experience really meant a lot. He cares about the experience of the people his agents work with and you cannot put a value on that, so good for them for caring enough about their business to reach out to me. Still would not recommend working with this specific agent, Tonia, but the company on the whole seems well-managed, so just go with a different agent.
