This company is absolutely the worst at communicating and I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.not even my worst enemy. They decided to add on money to my bill for an “old account “ after I called and have recorded evidence of this company telling I owe them nothing. I will go without power before I use this company again. STAY AWAY!
I do not recommend using ambit energy. They’re obscenely expensive, and expect you to view your online account even if you’re supposed to receive paper notifications. And if they send a notification and you don’t receive it the. You’re screwed: they customer service I had the entire time I was with them was horrible about 90 percent of the time.
