17Paid for everything online - no waiting for anything. ALL Staff was fabulous, everything was so clean, will for sure be back!
Hated this place because el licho was here and my straws was made of paper and it got soggy
I'm off for saving the turtles but if saving the turtles means I get a cheap paper straw than when I try to drink my icy it breaks apart I had to use four paper straws to drink my icy and so I just gave up and started drinking it straight out the cup which is not a good experience if saving the turtles means I can't enjoy my slushie then them turtles can die bring back the plastic straws
The entrance feels dirty, my television has better sound and the seats are VERY uncomfortable.
Cool movie theater.totally different from the others, even has a BAR watched ETERNALS awesome movie by the way me and the kids were shocked about the seats though idk if it was just that room or the seats are not reclinable just a straight seat.lol but overall good spot I'll give it another shot why not.but yeah check it out y'all.
Maybe it's time to let the old theater days go. I had to accept the loss of drive-ins (mostly), and so maybe it is inevitable that indoor theaters are near the end of the road. I'm still seeing smaller staff causing longer lines, with many empty concession counters all around. The ticket kiosk outside didn't work properly the past two times I've gone. Additionally, I'm having a hard time justifying the price. Took my 13 year old son to a movie, just the two of us. Two tickets, two drinks, and a popcorn - nearly $50. I'm hard pressed to think of any current movies worthy of that kind of price tag.
Theater 10 was hot and dirty. The volume was so dang low it was ridiculous I could hear everyone around me shift. The surround sound was non existent. The seats were old old and super packed close do not sit next to anyone else unless you wanna cuddle with strangers.
My family and I always enjoy this theater. We are Stubbs Premier Members, which entitles us to special lines and lots of other benefits! Very much worth it! Thank you AMC Gulf Pointe 30!
The movie was great but the seats are super small and you can't pay cash you have to get a gift card in order to buy food or drinks and on top the signs that say they don't accept cash only card is in English, so if anyone who doesn't speak or read in English won't know they have to purchase a gift card incase they don't have a debit card. I suggest for the people they have outside selling tickets should make the people aware of that.
Clean theater, comfortable seats, but should check volume level in some of the theaters as it is too loud to the point of pain.
All is good, only complaint is the straws are made of paper (recycled) and they get soggy before your halfway done with your drink.
Good IMAX experience, but chair comfort leaves a lot to be desired. Cinemark is far more comfortable
I Love This Theater 100! My Favorite Moment Here Was When Avengers End Game Was There. An The Last Time I Was There I Asked A Employee There Was Still Trash In My Seats. So The AMC Workers Came & Cleaned Up The Trash. So Positively 100 At The AMC 30 THEATER!
Went to watch a great movie. Staff was very pleasant and polite. The popcorn and food was delicious. Not as crowded in the morning. Will be back soon. Thanks
Buying tickets was easy, the service was great, the employees were attentive, the seats were comfortable, and the place was clean. A great experience.
Terrible experience seeing Dune (first time back in a theater since 2019). The whole screen was covered in distracting vertical grey lines that were visible whenever the screen was not dark. The audio was very trebly and shrill and painfully loud.had to keep blocking ears to avoid blowing ears out. Not a good sign for the idea of keeping people interested in the "theater" experience.
