AMC Irving Mall 14

I enjoyed the movies at the AMC14 and Irving mall in ma'am and it was really clean it's really clean and the customer service getting the tickets was very helpful and very helpful and very patient and the concession stand the popcorn was great and I like being able to get your own refills so thank you all very much and we look forward to coming next week as well thank you thank you Lloyd Neil

Went to go see Venom today and there are roaches in the concession stand and the ceiling is leaking water in the theater. They gave us those seats knowing it was leaking. Disgusting.

Theater was clean.
But seating in Theater didn't match online reservations. Not possible yo socially distance. And movie goers didn't honor reserved seats.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The last few times we have been they have been unimaginably gross. Every stall dirty with stuff on the ground and toilet seat. Gas stations are cleaner.

Great customer service but it is dirty all the time. We had to wipe our seats. Not going back. The 2 stars are for customer service only.

Seats and movie fine. What was not fine was how it took 30 minutes to pay for my ticket and get popcorn with about 13 employees running around and I was 2nd in line in both situations. I just was not aware that I could be frustrated at a movie theaters customer service.

Less crowded. Screen is bad. I went to watch the green knight at hall 12 and seats were not even cleaned properly. Poor conditions.

Strongly do not recommend! It’s getting old … chairs/couches are giving out … let’s get into the ceilings …. Pathetic! Doors don’t open all the way, TVs Outside of theater don’t work! On top of these prices! I’m scared to walk in the restroom……just more disappoint! DONT COME HERE

Went to see a movie here. Got a large popcorn and drink…. Only to see that there are no large lids for my drink…wish they would of said something when I was ordering, no butter for the popcorn, cashiers at food stand are rude. Restrooms were dirty and there was NO HAND SOAP in the ladies room except the last one. Theater seats I got were dirty with pop corn all over them. This place has gone down hill…. And it was hot inside the theater and mall. I wouldn’t recommend. Only good thing there was no crowds

I haven’t been to the movies since Covid and let me say this theater was nice and quiet and not Crowded at all. Went to see the lasted fast and the furious which was great. Don’t miss paying for the snacks but definitely enjoyed being back at the movies.

Never returning to this movie theatre. You have 5 young teenagers running it with no direction (not their fault) unable to provide ticket to purchasers online, theres no food to buy but popcorn & snacks, long lines, a movie isnt working, mine isnt currently delayed as I sit here and write this been also waiting om a manager whos not available on sire to at least serve me a drink at the bar for the wait. All unacceptable!

Bathroom was actually clean this time. Movie quality and sound are always good.

If you get the top level seats some may be broken

Horrible experience, the staff kicked me and my kids out for no reason at all. They should realise that 3 of my kids are 3 nd 4 and that they can’t control it also that one of my kids has adhd which they can’t control either. Their things are way over priced but the police officer was nice. Since they kicked us out they didn’t give us our money back and stole 75$ from us.

To begin with, the room is very large, it has reclining leather seats, which will make you feel like you are in the comfort of your home.

Well the movie was supposed to start at 6: 30 pm. I had to go out front to get them to start it after calling them multiple times and no one answered the phone.

We to AMC to see our first movie in 18 months, and I have to say I was so pleased with this theater. Irving Mall is something else, but this AMC was a hidden gem. Clean, nice seating and fast service. We also had no issues with booking our tickets online.

We will definitely be back as often as we can now that we know how nice it is!

The movie was nice, the theater wasn't that clean even during a matinee time so I'd be curious to see what it looked like when it was more busy. More specifically the men's restroom, the seats, and the glass separators in front of each row.

Feels good to be back in the theaters post Covid. The Irving Mall AMC theater is at the far North end of the mall. It unfortunately feels old albeit these theaters all have wide electronic recliners. Everything seems sticky. Not clean. Workers are there to get a paycheck, not that excited you are there. Another reminder, it's tough to find good workers. Sound was awesome in our theater and I was glad they have seats blocked out to help with social distancing.
