The sweetest, most accommodating, professional, proficient bank in the Sugar land. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. The manager Ms.karen is ABSOLUTELY the best ever

Karen the branch manager is a.great Individual she goes out of her way to help her customer she's very professional.also her team worker Matt and April have a very good customer service scale Good job keep up the good work thank you

Ms. Karen Rios, manager of the bank is excellent with customer service, kind and professional, provided all the information we needed and opened our account in few minutes, guided us about new loans they can offer. I highly recommend this bank. Easy and quick service, did not have to wait in line as in other banks.

I have been working with Karen Rios over at Amerant for years and she has always been great to work with. She always takes my calls and answers my emails quickly. She is very informative and knowledgeable so I never hesitate to refer my friends to her! If you need a banking expert I would recommend reaching out to Karen!

They close branch which is having safe deposit vault without notifying customers and when we call to Bank they have excuse that " Close Sign" was put on the Main door of Bank. Really! Do we need to drive miles to read that " Close Sign " on the door. Very unproffessional. They have our email, why they notify us that bank branh is closed for a day. I need to find out with federal Govt that can they close bak just like that. They need to manage staff. Zero star for this branch

One of the Worse IT support ever!
They though someone else access the account an withdrew money on my account, but there was no activity on account of withdrawal, still locked my account by mistakenly, instead of someone else account.then to unlock submitted PC scan to them multiple times per their request, still account not unlock.they ask me to in physically at a location and have Bank people call to verify it was me, did that also, still account lock. Then bank started charging me $5 fee per month for requesting paper statement as they couldn't fix the issue after 12 calls. Bank denied to credit the $5, and help to unlock online account, as per them they Dont have IT support need to call. Called IT support many times; a year later bank and IT still blaming each other, issue not fix.simple solution Bank gave is to close the account and so did the IT people.

Today I had the opportunity to speak with Matt King. I had some questions about business financing and business credit, and he was able to answer all my questions. There was no pressure to sign anything right on the spot like other banks. He simply shared all the information that I needed to make informed decisions for my small business. Thank you Mr. King!

I filed a complaint about what I believe are deceptive practices and all I got was a pathetic response that said sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Really? Your deceptive practice cost me $1320.00. That’s all you have?
I will keep up on this until I receive an acceptable response.
