I had to place an order for cams for fire extinguisher cabinet locks, and frankly this company was the first result in my search. In an effort of due diligence I checked other vendors, but everyone else was easily double the cost.
Cut to a month later and I was wondering where the order was. I reached out to their team, and received prompt replies to discuss the order. Come to find out that I had left my billing address as the shipping address as well, and the shipper was having problems delivering to an Apt (go figure), and had stopped making attempts (without reaching out to seller or receiver). After further discussion, the team at Ameraproducts convinced the shipper to send them to my shipping address instead!
I really appreciate the extra effort Brenda provided to take care of my order, and the rest of the team as well (I also had some billing issues)! The reviews I found were rather lackluster, but my experience was stellar! Thank you, AmeraProducts Team!

If I could it would be a Negative Star all the way around. My expierience was bsolutly the worst I have had in my life from any company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Purchased three complete white fire extinguisher cabinets. Long Story short They sent the wrong cabinets. Then they wanted me to pay for the return shipping for there mistake. After a little tough words they agreed to send me a shipping label, I returned the cabinets exactly how I recieved them and then they claimed the cabinets were damaged and the seals were missing. Complete fraud for an issue they initiated. The purchase was for $125.58 and now they only refunded me $41.89. They took over $83.00 and I have nothing to show for it. Complete Ripoff!
I guess the old saying BUYER BEWARE REALLY APLLIES DEALING WITH COMPANYS LIKE THIS. From packing to delivery and dealing with rude office workers these guys need alot of improvement I will be calling the BBB
