Just left the dentist I haven’t gone to the dentist in over 5 years doctor was very nice and explained things to me in a simple matter. I recommend you book your dental care with this office. They are very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will be keeping this dental office as my dentist from here on out. Highly encourage you to book an appt with his office. Very nice staff.

Excellent treatment and treatment. Everyone is very friendly from Dr. René and Alejandra, each procedure is very well explained, I recommend it.

When I say a place is worth the drive, it is worth the drive. We live 45mins from Dr. Rodriguez’s office and I make this drive every single appt extreme happy because when I go, I know I’ll have the absolute best medical attention ever. My kids, husband and I go here. I recently moved to Texas and I am so happy I found Dr. Rodriguez and his staff. So nice, professional, attentive, caring and over all great at their jobs. From the front desk to the doctor, amazing. Thank you for everything Dr. Rodriguez and staff. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

everyone in the office make you feel like you’re at home from front desk to the back. Dr. Rene takes his time looking at your teeth looking every single detail of your teeth. He makes sure you understand everything. Also Front desk did a great job taking my husband’s insurance and explaining everything what was covered and not, his benefits and everything!

I enjoyed my time at the dentist even though I hate going. But the dentist made feel so comfortable and the procedure was done well and fast. Really broke down what I needed to do and should do for my teeth. Hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to. Along with the dental assistant that was very nice and polite. I recommend Dr. Rene because he will make you feel at home and will take care of you!

Had a visit with Dr. Rene because of discomfort on my molar & doctor was great at answering all my questions & concerns! He also takes most insurances including medicaid or if you’re paying out-of-pocket he’s extremely fair with his prices. And they speak Spanish also!

He has been taking care of my family's dental needs for over 6 years and we have nothing but great things to say his ethic and professionalism. The staff is also very professional and friendly, and to top it all off, the level of cleanliness of the clinic is superlative. Their attention to detail, patient well being and courteous and friendly staff really brings the bar higher when looking for excellence in service and attention.

The staff prepped and made me feel so relaxed and the Doctor was so welcoming, he explained every little detail of the check up and reasons why fillings were necessary.

He also recommended a preventive routine in order to preserve my denture.

We have received the worst treatment ever at this place today. Nobody should be treated like this, especially kids.
The doctor is really good, but the administrative approach that they give you is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and even abusive. My husband stopped coming to this office long time ago as we were constantly treated poorly from main administrative person, which is dr wife. He really liked the doctor but at one point he was even accused of spending insurance money instead of sending the check to the office- all it was is that insurance did not sent the check on time to their office. (no apologies from the office) The main reason is that every individual comes with the dollar sign here (so if you have an an appointment - you can come in and they all over sudden can't see you because they have another patient that might be able to bring more $$$, they overcharged us couple of times, and in general they behave as they do not want you as a patient, just your insurance get in get out). Eventually, I stopped coming regularly to this office as well as I was treated poorly by the same person- "we do not have time for you", "sorry, I just saw that we have another patient scheduled for your time" etc. I still wanted to keep my daughter's appointment as a doctor really did great job with her, but after today, we would have to look at the different location as you can't have treatment and interruption of the service like this. The main administrative assistant has been impatient and rude as always, impatiently trying to force us to do treatment faster (she seem to be bothered that we asked questions about my daughter's teeth). During half of the procedure done, she literally asked "Do you want to use the other half of the time to finish the job to your daughter or you want to be seen by the doctor instead as we do not have time for your appointment". She accused us of taking long time to complete my daughter's appointment and suggested to get out. (actually, it took a long time because of the staff inefficiency- it was appx 12.20 by the time we finally saw the doctor, but we were right on time for our 11.30 appointment.) I have not seen any other offices asking patients to get out with the half job done - weather it was a surgery, dental, or any other procedure so they can make time for another patient, especially when they were not on time as well.
