It should be first come and first serve. This warehouse should have systematic way to work.

Come here about 1 time a month, this place gets worse each time. Don't be fooled by kind words. Watch and you will see everyone standing around doing nothing or as close as you can get to nothing.

People at the gate are polite however you need safety vest to even open your door, that should be noted on the paperwork before we get here, brokers don't care ithere this place

Came here and checked in, when they started checking my trailer they’re telling me to wash the trailer when my trailer is clean. Went back to wash cleaned and when I came back there was about 20 trucks ahead of me. Barely got in and took hours to get loaded

Not a good place …. They took lot of time for loading…… they switch two dock for loading … still
Taking around 4 hour and not loaded yet after 4 hour as well ….

One of the worst places to load in Laredo, after 4 hrs waiting on the dock, walk inside and asked how much time it will take for load my truck, the guy at the window answer me on a arrogant mode that there was few trucks ahead of mine, it goes by the number they give at the guard check in, after waiting for about an hour more and watching that the start loading trucks that get after me, I went inside and asked why they skipped my truck? They said that the BOL for my load shows damage and they can’t fixed, they don’t even know how much time will take for them to fix it, and it’s my choice to keep waiting or leave… just like that, without say I’m sorry or other explanation… called the broker and he said it’s not on his hands, basically take it or leave it…! MTFKRS

Not a bad place, when you get in do not stop at the guard, pull to the right and park, they'll come and check your trailer.
Not a bad place loaded under 2 hrs.

Take too much time to unload and load as well. And they unload paper rolls with regular fork lift and can damaged trailer easily. Long line up on street for check-in.

Fast but convoluted system. Four stars because this place was actually designed for sleeper +53" trailers (which seems like an anomaly in Laredo).

Driver cuando venga a cargar traten de que el trailers esté completamente limpio, y por supuesto sin huecos, cuando entras hay un security que te lo revisa el trailer por dentro y si no está bien limpio, tienes que salir h limpiarlo y volver hacer fila de camiones, suerte con los security muy grosera, a diferencia de las personas de la oficina muy educadas y en disposición de darte cualquier información o guiarte.

When driver comes to load, try to make sure the trailer is completely clean, and of course without gaps, when you enter there is a security that checks the trailer inside and if it is not very clean, you have to go out and clean it and go back to line up trucks, luck with the very rude security, unlike the people in the office, very polite and willing to give you any information or guide you.

You guys weren't kidding about the backups here! I got here at 7am, an hour before they open and I'm 8th in line to get in. Some of these guys look like they've been here for hours already

First and last time here they expect to know the rules right off the bat don’t pull forward until they tell you don’t break your seal until they tell you and make sure you have a safety vest? On the guard was very rude chit chatting with her coworkers instead of doing her job

I just went there to drop a trailer there.if you don't have a vest they wont let you in

So I just delivered here this morning on 7/16. It was quite simple. They do not open until 0800. However when I showed up there were already a few trucks in line. The wait was not long at all to get in the gate. My load was simple because it was a drop. The ladies at the guard shack I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Out of all the border loads I've delivered in laredo to go down to Mexico this place was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other places. I will definitely come back to this place again. And if you need somewhere to park you can park on the streets in their area or there are a couple truckstops nearby if you don't want to park on the street.

Receiving hours start at 0800 Monday to Friday. Plan on arriving around 0730 as all kinds vehicles line up till gate opens at exactly 0800 not even at 0759.
