7We had a commercial closing there and the staff was quite helpful and professional. Everything was done efficiently and effectively. No glitches occurred. If and when I have to close again on a property, I will definitely go with them.
Excellent place to conduct business. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you're selling a house, use them as your title and closing company. They explain everything to you and walk you through the process step by step. They also take the time to educate buyers of the things that may happen regarding scams after the closing. Such as, don't pay anyone to homestead your house, you can do it for free at the tax office yourself.
I work with Craig and his staff quiet often and love how he makes even the small matters important. Love them to the moon!
This is one of the worst and most unorganized title companies I have ever been too. For one it took the title commitment about 27 days to come back. They never explained just always tossed me around and the poor girl who answered the phone always tried her best to assist me and apologized. It's pathetic when the managers refuse to talk to you but the receptionist is bending over backwards to help you. We then were assigned a processor. We got stuck with the gem of a gal Dena I believe was her name. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. She was rude, told me numerous times something wasn't her job and that I needed to speak to Barbra. Well seems like Barbra is always outside every time I needed to speak with her. My lender, Fairway went above and behind to assist me when the title company refused too. The closer guy was more concerned with his life and small talk then actually discussing the closing papers. We were in there for almost 1.5 hours and still had to come back and sign stuff because he apparently doesn't know his job. I will never use this title company again nor will I refer anyone here. WORST PLACE EVER.
Should not even be a title company, messed my policy up. Lost my check I brought to closing. Whole process was a nightmare.
So unprofessional. Nobody knows what is going on in the place. The "owner" is a joke he can't even tell you what is going on with your file yet he's the guy who sits at the closing table with you. Everytime I called and spoke to Dana she had an attitude and would forget to hang up or put me on hold before she said rude and ugly things about my realtor and my lender. If this was the only place in bell county someone wanted to close at I would advise you to drive far, far away. Dana doesn't order your payoff, doesn't respond to you in a timely manner and she definitely doesn't respect you.
While the staff was very polite throughout our transaction, a mistake on the survey and land came up after our sale. It caused a huge problem with us buying another property and I feel it is something that I was paying someone to take care of insuring the deed and title was correct in our sale. Fingers have been pointed and that is not acceptable when I simply want the issue resolved, I could really care less about pointing fingers. I personally and not involved with title/deed work on a day to day basis which is why we paid for this service and the experts should have caught the mistake.
