American Airlines Training & Conference Center reviews
8It's a great place, personel is very attentive and helpful, you can fit a 53' trailer 13'6 in the loading area, however, the place does not have a standar dock height, dock plates, ramps or forklift, you'll need dollies, pallet jack, lifgate or ramp if you want to unload in this place, the easiest access way for the delivery area is making a right in FAA from 360 service road and turn left at the very first ligh, go downhill and make a right to go under the bridge, security office will be right there unde that bridge to make check in
Great great. Lovely location and lots of food and snacks. The people are friendly and brilliant
Classrooms are good for sessions held there. The best part is the cafeteria. Try the bread pudding. It's the best.
This facility is wonderful. I have heard many unpleasant things about them in the past, but my stay was wonderful! My bed was very comfortable and it was hard to get up out of it in the morning because I wanted to continue to lay in it. The staff and food were amazing. Absolutely wonderful time here!
Always nice, I would like to see a bigger variety of vegan options at the Royal Coachman. They have been serving the exact same vegan/vegetarian menu for at least the past 2+ years.
I have been going there for 27 years, that place has improved tremendously! Very modern with all the amenities.
Nice, professional space. However, it is purely designed in that the materials used combined with the architecture means everything echoes. Not great when there are so many classrooms. The slightest noise disturbs everyone, and classroom doors are often propped open due to AC issues. Decent break area with vending machines that have actual food, though there weren't many vegetarian options. Not enough restrooms, to be honest, especially for the classroom sizes.
If you like being bag shamed by a shuttle driver this is the place for you! Nobody enjoys being up at 4am but I really don’t enjoy it when a shuttle driver tells me about how he doesn’t feel obligated to take care of my bag and that I shouldn’t act entitled to anything. All I asked was to put my big bag in the back. All he had to do was open the door.
