Purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, Joeanna helped me, she’s really sweet and helpful, they let me drive the vehicle to the mechanic I know to check the vehicle and they know the business as well, they only say good thing about them, so without hesitation I proceed with the purchase and they really made it easy.

My experience with American Auto Brokers was excellent. There was truley a"no pressure" approach from the sales person. My wife and I were allowed to take our time and look over their large inventory. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My sales person Melissa was very professional, helpful and easy to do business with. The finance person Sandy was also terrific and made us feel at ease as well. Overall, I would buy here again and again.

This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The staff were very friendly and the environment was comfortable and inviting (with plenty of snacks). Communications were quick and my test drive was scheduled the same day. When I pulled up, the auto I was to test drive was parked up front ready to go and sparkly clean. Sales was friendly and upfront (special shout out to Melissa M!) and finance was a breeze. I am super happy to have found this place and drove home with my new fave vehicle!

She set up all 4 trucks we wanted to see side by side. This is a one of a kind experience not usually found at a single dealership. And once you make a decision, the sales and finance staff make it quick, simple, and stress free. We love our new 2020 Ram 2500 Limited.

This review/post is after the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from American Auto Brokers. Dealerships have a bad wrap with all aspects of the way they run their operation so you owe it to yourself to stop here for a visit.

AAB employs good, authentic people who actually have your best interest. If i recall, AAB has been in business for 14 years and a good chunk of their team has been with them 10+ years. What an awesome thing hear…. I dont think employees would last that long if they were on board with their companys missions and goals.

When you stop by, ask for JJ. She helped me with every step of the way regarding the specific truck (s) i was after, the test drive and the financing.

JJ was on top of her game and myself and my family appreciate that.
