7Amazing customer service. From when i first walked in to the moment i stepped out. Hollister employees need to take notes.
Their store customer service is ok, ordering from their website and who they have who handles their deliveries, LSO company, is absolutely horrible, send email package was delivered, no package was delivered, contact American eagle to see what's going on, response was" sometimes they mark delivered before the item is actually delivered if you haven't received in 3 days contact us, " I mean that's it? How does it even make sense to mark a package delivered when obviously wasn't delivered, and 3 days I have to wait? Never again will order offline from them again! Horrible
Super appreciate that the lady at the register worked with me to exchange some jeans without my receipt. While I was waiting in line, which went quick, a very helpful man asked me what size and brand I needed and before I got to the register, I had them in hand. Awesome employees, store was neat and they were having a great sale.
My son found a shirt he liked, to wear on Christmas Eve. Fairly priced too. It was last minute and Zara's had already closed, glad they offered a good alternative
Poor customer service! I went to go return something real quick but it turned into a half hour because only 10 people were allowed in the store when most of them were just poking around.
This place clothes has become so tacky not everyone want super high waist skinny pant and everything with holes and crop tops!
