Paid my load off over 10 years ago and they are now putting it as a charge off account. I never had a balance here. If you are trying to build credit, seek elsewhere. They only report to 1 credit Bureau.

Everyone is very nice except that one person, I don't know if she's a manager or what but she's very rude.
