My wife and I went in for a few pieces of furniture. Our sales person was Desiree and she was absolutely wonderful, start to finish. She was a great listener and answered every single question we had. Very reasonable prices, friendly staff, great customer service and now we are able to sleep much better on our new mattress!

Excellent customer service. Couch was slightly damaged while trying to get the furniture inside my apartment (which was no one's fault.it happens), but luckily I purchased the 5 year warranty and the store manager made it right. Replaced my couch the very next day at no cost to me.

Update: I still stand by my initial review because the customer service I received here was excellent, but I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 because the furniture itself, while more affordable, is cheap and poorly made. The ends of the couches and loveseats are just cloth stretched from the bottom to the armrests. Nothing solid behind it to help prevent punctures or rips, and the material itself is thin and easily torn. Within about 6 months, the cushions were all completely flat. Luckily, the set I bought had zippered cushions, so I was able to get some foam stuffing from Walmart and restuff all the cushions. I moved out of my apartment and by the time I got everything moved to my new place, the entire set was so damaged (despite being carefully handled), I just got rid of it. I couldn't even sell it, I just had to give it all away. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't shop here again. I'd rather spend more and purchase quality furniture than save a couple hundred bucks and have furniture that lasts less than a year. You might as well just flush your money down the toilet
