Be aware of their shipping and returns. They have signs all over the stores that their price is better than Amazon and other places, but they are not even close to others regarding customer service. My item was damaged when I bought it and they said they will charge me shipping to come and replace it. While Amazon or most other places don’t even ask for the item back and send me a new one with free delivery. Like how cheap could a store be to charge you for the pair of drivers instead of upholding customer satisfaction? Warranty is a joke here too. I would go buy my furniture somewhere that respects the money and time people put to shop there.

We initially had issues with our furniture. Customer service was amazing. The problem was fixed promptly. The delivery people were courteous and respectful of my home. 10/10 recommend!

Buyer beware. The quality of the furniture is horrible. Don’t buy the warranty either. It covers nothing. I bought my furniture fans after a year it is falling apart. I went to the store and told me the warranty didn’t cover it. I emailed customer service, and they said they would be willing to fix the furniture for a fee. I have no pets or children to damage the furniture. One of the recliners stopped working. Look at the attached images. Stay away from this store. There’s a reason there prices are so low

Our sales representative was nice at first. Me and my husband have an excellent credit scores but was declined for their financing then the sales consultant became unpleasant and I would definitely won’t be back. 3 stars to commend the delivery personnel.

Just good prices on good furniture. Wish they had a little bit longer financing option (only a year). We were able to buy outright our living room & bedroom sets but had to go with another company for our daughter's bedroom & the odds & ends (rugs, side tables, stools, etc) because we needed to finance it but 12 months wasn't going to cut it.
Overall though, great customer service from the showroom to the delivery. I really like how they don't pressure you, or escort you, while you shop around.

Friendly employees, they let you look at the furniture, they don’t haggle you. Great furniture with good quality and affordable pricing.

JT was very helpful and made the buying process quick and easy (Apple Pay). I already knew which couch I was interested in and called before visiting the store to make sure they had it. JT answered and had me call him when I got to the store so that he could take me directly to the couch when I got there. I fell in love with the couch in-person and was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. The delivery people were awesome. Overall I highly recommend the Lindyn Fog couch by Ashley. Beautiful couch and obnoxiously comfortable. Makes you want to nap as soon as your butt hits the cushion! And it was so much cheaper than purchasing it at the actual Ashley furniture store. I’m a happy customer!

Plenty of wonderful people here to help you out. Wonderful selection, so much here to look at. Lots of parking too.

If you are looking for solid wood furniture at a discount price, this is the place for you. We bought our bedroom set, two dining sets and some living room furniture from here.

They were on time and very courteous. Carried a heavy dresser to a third floor apartment with no issues.
