There was a bit of a mixup between my doctor, myself and American Home Patient. American Home Patient went above and beyond to fix the problem.

They keep in touch with me to see if I need any supplies. They come when I need them to. Thanks AHP.

Kayla with American Home Patient is the best, my mom needs oxygen and CPAP, she has been there to answer any and all questions we have, she is very smart and in tune with her job.we have learned things from her that we didn't even learn from the doctor. Good job Kayla

This group is friendly and attentive, answering all the questions and helpful with billing at the office level. Kudos to all of their hard work.

Repeated requests to customer service go unanswered and when you do reach someone, they make promises the company does not deliver on! They do absolutely NOTHING to help or fix issues yet still continue to bill Medicare.

Absolute aweful customer service. I need help fitting my CPAP mask. Shouldn't take much time but I guess they can't bill Blue Cross or Medicare so they ignore my requests. The national company continues to call me to refresh my supplies that don't fit properly but they can bill for that. Don't use them.

Worst company ever! They gave my grandsons breathing equipment away to someone off the street without verifying who they were. Now we're stuck trying to figure out what to do with a 5-month-old who has pneumonia. They had no empathy or concern for the situation.

I’m needing to speak with a supervisor in regards to negligence on behalf of billing and reimbursement payments. After going through what was a frustrating and stressful drawn out process of receiving a reimbursement check with my name spelled incorrectly I received another check with my name spelled incorrectly AGAIN and asked to go through the same process to end up in the same situation AGAIN. Is beyond me and when I asked to speak with a supervisor that supervisor was conveniently unavailabl. I’m being asked to correct a mistake that was made on your end tray I shouldn’t have to correct. If this situation was handled correctly the FIRST time neither parties would be in this situation. I believe this was done purposely in order to not give back the reimbursement that owed to me. This company has a history of doing this and it’s disturbing to me how your customers are treated. Im extremely disappointed and unhappy with how my family and I have been treated in this entire situation. Obviously customer service is NOT important enough for this issue to be resolved. More money for your company if the customer has to pull teeth to correct a mid made by someone in your company in order to receive r reimbursements because of your mistake! I believe this company does this on purpose to keep the money knowing you only have a certain amount of days to cash in those checks. Their asking you to send in the check with a detailed explanation of why your sending it back. The whole time whomever your speaking with via customer service support should be notating the entire complaint anyway. This company wants their customers to jump through loops and hoops to correct a mistake made on their end! On top of all that they overcharged my account and I still haven’t received reimbursement for that! I can only imagine how many other people they have done this way. I believe it’s a process in their policy to do this in order to keep the patient money. It’s disgusting and unacceptable and someone should answer for it.

I wish I could give it a negative. I have been waiting for 2 months. Still cannot get a response.
