Tara worked diligently on my husbands need for a bed. It took nearly 6 weeks and 2 doctors but she stayed with it. Great place.

My husband has ideopathic pulmonary fibrosis, which has worsened siignificantly over the last five months. The pulmonologists at Houston Methodist J. C. Walter Jr. Transplant Center prescribed delivery of oxygen from American Homepatient (AHP). AHP delivers O2 every week to Palacios, and calls prior to delivery to see if there are any changes to the order.

Everyone that we have dealt with on the AHP team in Lake Jackson has been friendly, courteous, caring, and professional. If you are in need of home health equipment, I highly recommend this company. They are very accommodating and have been providing what my husband needs, when he needs it since April. We have no complaints, only compliments!

Absolute worse customer service! Would never recommend doing business with this place! 9 months of back and forth and I’m still not in their system. Even after they sold me supplies. Super frustrating and time to find a better company.
