This is too expensive. Putting money in a savings account is a better option. Thomas Prather was nice but he got pushy when I started asking (after 30 minutes on a Zoom call) about the prices. Its not worth it.

Pushy, no manners. Not a good person to work for. The organization skills are horrible. They say you can make money but don’t want to help if you don’t get it immediately. Yelling constantly and saying people aren’t good enough but will can make you good if we belittle you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
They make it impossible to cancel the policy. I had to call 4 times and they had me waiting over an hour. When someone finally answered, they were very rude and treated me like I was stupid! And still with all that They haven’t cancelled it! They send papers.

Overly aggressive and pushy! I did not have a 4-5 star experience @ the Commenter and Lawrence! Your employee is condescending and loud! He was CLEARLY raised without tact and lacks manners! He is emotionally incompetent and lacks the capacity to handle the word NO! That was a mistype you saw earlier. I was trying to add at least 6 - 8 paragraphs of the horrible experience I had. That was an accidental copy paste of knowledgeable I was trying to say NOT knowledgeable. You need to have Diversity Training and he needs therapy! Anger management is ALWAYS available they have free courses in Fort Worth! I don't know who hurt him, but the client is not that person. Listen and Listen GOOOOOOOOOD. " Leave your disgustingly trash attitude at home before you enter your workplace. " Have the day you deserve!

Currently an employee and the work environment is filled with good knowledgeable people with agents that aren't just looking to make a sell, but also educate customers on policies and what fits their household.

Whatever lady you have working there with blonde hair and dark brown eyebrows is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I love talking to Stacy McCallum she is well educated about life insurance. I didn't know how important it was until I spoke with her and within minutes I was wanting to sign up. Now I know the difference of not having insurance. She is very friendly and had much patience with me. I HAVE LIFE INSURANCE.
