There were a lot of motorcycles to choose from. The transaction of trading my bike in for a newer bike went smooth with no surprises. I brought and traded in today. It was a really smooth and painless process. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable, not sales-y. Adam was easy to work with. They bent over backwards to make it work for me. And I think the deal was good for an absolutely gorgeous bike. All the bikes are used, but every last one of them looks brand new. I recommend if you’re buying a HD.

I took about 2 months before I decided to buy a bike and I was grateful Chris Salisbury State in touch and gently checked in with me here and there and eventually expertly guided me through the process and it was a pleasure transacting with someone who was so honest and the dealership had so much integrity and really took care of me. I had it shipped out to California it took about a month it came in a really nice air conditioned two-story truck. I bought an FXDLI and it was absolutely immaculate. One of the best dealer experiences I have purchased a motorcycle threw and this is my 4th bike from a dealership. Showed me all the cosmetic imperfections, informed me of the mechanical upgrades and who worked on the bike having had a stage 4 engine upgrade from a Harley dealership. Helped with and sent pictures overseeing that the courier had properly stowed my bike once loaded inside of the enclosure trailer. I will buy from them again!

Purchased a 2016 Street Glide from American Motorcycle Trading Company. Mike worked with me and showed me all my options. Mike was very knowledgeable and worked with his finance department to get me the best rate and warranty coverage. This is the third motorcycle I have purchased from them in the past 10 years and every time I have received a great customer experience.

Haven’t bought a bike here, but just want to show appreciation to the staff. A few weeks ago (when it was still 100+ degrees) my 12 year old son was riding his bicycle home from the library. He got overheated and stopped here, knowing that his dad rides a motorcycle and that bikers are dependably awesome people. The staff let him come inside to cool off and even gave him a bottle of water. Thanks for showing kindness to our son.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Went to every Indian dealer in DFW and none of the sales guys came close to Logan. No pressure, super knowledgeable, and quick to answer all my questions. I’ll be getting my wife a bike from him soon.

The sales service is a 10/10, can’t complain.

Under no circumstances should you take your motorcycle here for any type of repair. I was rear ended at a red light on 4/1/2023. Brought it into the shop the same day. I had to work with my insurance to get things started and they had an estimator go out to complete their estimate on 4/11/2023. The shop called me around 8/15/2023 to let me know the repairs were done and it was ready to go. 4 months due to the shop claiming parts were unavailable. What did they need to replace? Left grip, clutch lever, foot peg and shift peg, derby cover, and left shock. Apparently took 4 months to get all that. I went to the shop about a week after they called. They put on different and cheaper rear shocks than what I went in with, stating they were out of stock. I checked the website, and they were right there ready to ship. I went in with progressive 412’s and they put on Burly shocks. They didn’t even call me and let me know or get my approval, they just did it on their own. The derby had not been replaced either, so the bike was in fact, not ready to go. At this point, they also tried to charge me to the second grip since they are sold in pairs. I asked if they had installed it if they expected me to pay for it, and they told me they had not installed it. They wanted me to pay for something that should be covered by insurance then not install the part and keep it for themselves.

They said they would get the correct shocks on and fix the derby and would let me now when it was actually done. They called me around 9/20 to let me know the bike was done so I went to verify given the past issue and it was in fact done. It took 5 months for the repairs for parts I could have ordered and gotten delivered in less than 2 weeks. I went last weekend, 9/30/2023 to pick the bike up. The shop lost my license plate and is having to order a new one, no clue if that will be out of stock or not…I also noticed after getting it home that when they put on the left foot peg, they used a chrome stem. So, I have a chrome piece on the left side and black on the right side.

I cannot recommend enough that you take your bike literally anywhere else for repairs. I was also informed by my insurance adjuster that the shop was planning on trying to charge me over $200 for an estimate fee, even though they never even did an estimate on my bike, but my adjuster was able to explain to them that they can’t do that. They never called or updated me on the progress, I would send 3-5 emails asking about it before getting a response. They didn’t call about parts being out of stock and just decided to do whatever they wanted without any approval from me. They tried to falsely charge me for things that were either covered by insurance or shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. I have a bike I still can’t ride because I don’t even have a license plate because they lost it. Do you really want to have a shop work on your bike if they can’t even manage to keep track of a license plate?

I bought a Scout Sixty here. The process was quick and easy. Price was fair and Mike was honest and upfront. No sneaky sales tactics. We'll get my husband's next bike here, if he cleans out the garage.

Would rate zero if I could. They sat on the title paperwork for 2 months. I called and texted several times throughout, warning of the delay. Was guaranteed would have my perm plates before expiration of temp ones. Today they expired and I’m on the phone yet again w them bc they haven’t mailed the new ones yet. No solution provided as of now.
Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.

I contacted American Motorcycle Trading Co. To inquire about a specific bike I was in search of. While I wasn’t able to strike up a deal—Mike was very generous with his time by looking into some detailed questions I had about the bike. Communication was 10/10, and I will definitely keep Mike and AMTC in mind in the future. It’s not often you get friendly and knowledgeable sales people when it comes to motorcycles. Thanks again!
