Paulina is the best - she takes her time, she had amazing attention to detail and I won't let anyone else do my nails.

I came in kind of late on a random Tuesday, 30 mins before closing and I was still treated with the upmost respect. Offered a drink, my nails and pedicure were nothing short of amazing. Always have a great experience here.

I just had my nails done last week for a birthday cruise. Paid extra for chrome finish and gel. Last 4 days before peeling. Now my nails look terrible. The implements were not clean and I should have spoken up. I will not be returning and I wish I could be refunded. Very disappointed.

In a recent visit to this nail salon I had excellent customer service from Paulina however the front desk clerk or manager was very rude and dismissive. I watched the way she handled customers and then the way she treated myself and it was awful. No one should be treated this way. Have some common courtesy and treat paying customers with respect.

I go to American nail bar and Ivy is my nail tech and she is the best! I have been coming for the past 6 months and she always does my nails perfectly. If you're looking for an experienced nail tech try Ivy at American nail bar!

Long story short, I called this nail salon before I went up there asking how much they’re soak offs were he replied they were $15 I said OK thank you I’ll be up there in a minute. He said OK.when I got there it took them about 10 minutes to put my fingers in the acetone, which is fine they had just opened, the lady was really nice at first she asked me how my holidays were and she was asking me questions about my previous nails Things like how much were they? Where did I go to get them done etc.etc.we also agreed that they weren’t very thick. So about 10-15 minutes into the soak off. A man comes behind me speaking to the lady doing my nails for about two or three minutes he then proceeds to say to me, they’re actually 20 because they’re thick and long. After I didn’t agree with what he was saying, I proceeded to get nasty looks from him and the lady doing my nails now lol I’m like I would gave her a tip, but now y’all are just getting this $15 and I’m not coming back or recommending this place. Please put that in y’all price book next time. Smh. Not a friendly place.

Paulina is the best nail tech. I have been a customer well over 10 years. If you are looking for a nail tech who takes their time and great customer service. It’s definitely Paulina. She believes in making her customers happy.

Horrible! I informed the male nale technician that my nail shape that he filed wasn't like the almond shape that I originally had. I only wanted a fil with black gel nail polish. The technician has fumbled the powder stands up, brushed it off himself, proceeds to grab my hand, and I said no. I was not rude to the nail tech, and I didn't want to fight for a service I was paying for. Yes, I cursed the male host trying to continue to push that technician on me when clearly He didn't want to do his job that I am paying for.

Paulina is awesome. I’ve had dipped nails for about 8-9 years. She does the best! They stay beautiful from one visit to next about 3 weeks later. She also does an amazing job on pedicures. I trust my feet to no one else! She is great with ingrown nails! Ask for her you will not be sorry!

This place is AMAZING! Paulina is my nail technician and she just started at this nail bar. Everyone is very friendly and the place is really clean! I'm so happy that you're at this place Paulina! I had a guy I favored and he was extremely good but he moved to another location. Since then, I continued to get my nails done there but for the past 3 months I have had to return within a week of service for broken or cracked nails which should not happen that easy on dipped nails.

Both times I went for a manicure and a pedicure were great. Skilled and friendly people. It was a good price also.

Service was horrible. I asked for one thing &she tried to get me to change what I wanted. She said my nail plate on my toe was too small, not knowing I’m a nail tech too.
& before you say it, I could’ve done it myself but wanted to be pampered. I then asked her to paint my daughter toes & she completely ignored me after asking twice. Since Mya stopped being the owner at this location full time it has decreased.

Ivy is the truth. Her nail
designs are awesome. She is very fast and professional. Been coming to her for 6 months now and I’m glad I found her.
