If there was less than one star I would have put it. They charge a fee to cash their own checks! And the lady at the front needs to mind her own business. No wonder they are closing branches, mind blown

I was not happy this branch required an appointment to enter. On top of that the ATM was down. Had to wait in line in the drive through.
