U should fix your door hours says 8 to 6 lobby hours theres no need for that ugly liitle blonde girl to say "well we close at 4 so we cant help you" not evryone looks it up online when they are in the parking lot looking at your door! Poor sad little lady working for yall get better employees

I had a minor concern with a cash deposit I made yesterday evening that never showed up (not even as "pending"). I called this morning and spoke with Robin who is wonderful, considerate and corrected the issue in under 30 minutes. Thank you for your help, Robin, it is very much appreciated. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

Trying reset my password online and telling me to to the Home Screen and select help. But help is nowhere be to find.

We as customers are required to wear a mask upon entry, employees aren't required to wear one!? !? !

The main problem we have with this bank is the atm machine is constantly broke we like being able to deposit money into it cause we get paid on the weekend an the bank is closed well the atm hasnt accepted money in months which is a big inconvenience we waste our time going up there an trying it then have to go back the next day they are opened to go threw a teller an when we call am say it's still broke all we get is them saying yeah we know an we hope we get a new ATM were considering changing banks

Very friendly local bank.
It’s not as convenient as big bank service, like online banking functions, etc.
But the ladies at teller counter are so nice.
