Best rates and Best Service with American Smart Lending. They meet or exceed their commitment and always go above and beyond in helping the customer meet their closing dates. Builders keep changing and forcing the buyers on closing dates and penalize the buyer if there are delays with closing and funding. Folks at American Smart Lending helped dealing with the builder bullying us with penalty to close sooner than originally planned and they also helped accelerate closing at best rates. I have used their service 3 times so far and many friends that i referred are loyal customers to ASL.
