I absolutely loved my experience with them. All 3 ladies in the front desk always have such an awesome attitude, are friendly, and very welcoming. They greet everyone by name and have a great sense of humor. Dr. Downing explains every bit of the process in detail and answered all my questions. They are the best!

Dr. Downey such a great doctor, very kind and answers all your questions. He has a good sense of humor just like Olivia. Olivia is the BEST! Very nice and friendly since the start. Great people over all.

They took great care of me and helped me with my pain Olivia and Missy and Doctor Downey are FABULOUS.

Dr Downey and his staff are amazing! The environment makes you feel welcomed. They have helped so much, especially when having to make other appointments. They make you feel like family, which is amazing. They are always smiling and in awesome moods. They help with whatever they can. I highly reccomend this place! My back feels so much better now.

What an amazing experience! I came into this health center a mess, with a shoulder injury. From the Doctor to the sweetest receptionists (Olivia and Kimberly) I received the best experience. Dr. Downey is extremely knowledgeable and is a great helping hand through the whole process. This health center definitely knows how to turns people’s frowns into smiles. It’s bittersweet sweet to not come back for physical therapy. Thank you sincerely for such a memorable experience.
