Dr very knowledgeable, I had a great experience, actually one of the best experiences in el Paso. Very friendly people and helpful. I WILL KEEP GOIN TO THIS PLACE.

Failed to inform me of a closure and cancelled appointments. I found out when I got there, gentleman claimed they were calling people "as we speak". Still have yet to get my notification of my cancelled appointment.

Wow they offer realky good afordable 2 pair of glasses plus free eye exam. I have an appointment coming.up soon lets see if advertisement is true.

This place is amazing with outstanding customer service. Tabatha is an amazing person who really listens to what you want and need. Tabatha went above and beyond to assist and make sure I understand what I was buying. She did amazing and definitely recommend Americas Best.

Left frames here with my prescription to get lenses put in, and they waited 7 days to tell me that they couldn't work with those frames, maybe tell someone before they wait a week on you.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve been in a very long time.these employees are not properly trained in there field.they wing it as they go.no one seems to have answers. I will never deal with this company again.

I was here yesterday to get an eye exam and everything went well, the women (Christy i think) helping me at the end to pay for contacts was very nice and kept a decent conversation going while i was paying, I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. The staff was very friendly, and the eye doctor was nice and did his job. I recommend this place to anyone.

I am a member of the Eye Care Club, I will be using my membership at another location. I understand its tax season and they are very busy but to call thru out the week and be put on hold every time I call was stupid. I finally was able to wait long enough today to try and find out why I cant order my contacts online and was told I wasn't able to order anymore. My contact prescription is up 03/03/2019 today is 02/28/2019. Tell me why I am being told I could not order contacts because my prescription expires in 3 days? It does not make sense to give an expiration date for a prescription if your not allowed to use it up until the day it expires. I was trying to order thru Americas Best Contacts, I wasn't even trying to go to another vendor. After arguing I was finally told they can do one of two things, order me a trial pair of contacts to use until I can get in again for an exam or they can give me my paper prescription so I can take somewhere else. I was told " I doubt anyone will take it since it expires in a couple of days" well of course! They have to verify the prescription thru you and by the time they get someone to answer the damn phone it will have been expired. They would not help me order in store, so I took it to their online customer care and was taken care of completely. I was even told a prescription should and can be used up until the last day and the information I was given was incorrect. If I didn't get the eyecare membership I would have had to pay for a new exam and then pay for my contacts. They are looking out for the company and not the customer. IF THEY PULL THIS WITH YOU JUST ORDER THRU THE PHONE NUMBER. THEY WILL HELP!

**Let me add, I did get ahold of someone yesterday and was asked for my name and number. I was told Id be called back in 5-10 minutes. No one called back, I had to reach out again the next day (Today) 3: 30 pm and be placed on hold before I spoke with the lady I left my contact information with.

I walked in the door and was greeted with a smile and happiness from Tabatha.
I let Tabatha know that I'm a truck driver and I cannot set an appointment.
Tabatha worked with me and texted and called me when someone cancelled their app and allowed me to come in and get my Free exam and 2 pairs for $70. Bucks.
I was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent.
Also, all of the staff here are just really friendly and super courteous.

Prices are great but didn't like that upon ordering u have to pay everything up front. They should consider half payment upon order an half upon pickup of order.

Customer service blows, very rude lady who I dealt with. I was frustrated with wrong lenses.just bad experience.will not show up again.

I would give this place -1 stars if I could. I ordered glasses and paid cash. I was told I’d get them between 7-10 business days. I called after 9 days and they told me the glasses were “just not in. ” I called a week after that and they told me they sent them back due to damage. Fast forward two more weeks and my glasses still have not arrived. It’s been a month and I still have not received my glasses and continue to get the excuse, “they’re just not in yet. ” I’ll be calling tomorrow to ask for my money back.

The lady at the front desk is rude. The moment you ask a question that she doesn't feel needs to be answered. Happened more than once. Thought it was just me till I went back. I was waiting on them after I checked in. Then the lady told me I had to reschedule because I missed my appointment. I then told her I didn't miss it. I was here waiting on them because I had a question. She then stated that she isn't going to deal with me. So I left. Won't go back.

Excellent customer service. Great prices. Low wait times. Left Eastside Vision Center for America's Best and absolutely no regrets. Dr. Caballero at Eastside Vision is great but his staff does not have customer service skills.

So I was going in with my sister and my mom went and all of a sudden a worker tells me "just one person in the room" and I was literally alone waiting and she gave me attitude. Great service but some workers are rude!

The dr is great but i had alot of trouble with the staff, first they forgot to return my glasses in my expensive case I dropped them off in, second I asked to have contacts shipped to my home and they didn't, I had my husband pick up my contacts for me because I couldn't due to my work schedule and they forgot to give him the full order that was placed. They didn't even check and it was in the office. We've had to make 3 unnecessary extra trips and i'm about as fed up as I could possibly be!

The BEST experience for my kids! Both of my kids, ages 6 and 8, were seen by Dr Selby today and he was amazing at making them at ease, laugh, and feel very comfortable with the exam. He didn't push to get glasses either. My older daughter had the most minimal prescription and he said she didn't need any if I didn't want to. I definitely will continue to see Dr Selby for future exams.
