Worst customer service! It was a mistake going to this location. About 6 weeks ago I order 3 pairs of glasses. One came in pretty quick. The other two pairs took 3 weeks to come in. Found out they were completely wrong frames. Amanda sent in the wrong frames for my order. After apologizing she told me she will put a rush on this order. Which I should've received in 7 business days. Been 2 weeks. I still haven't heard back from them. Like I said worst customer service. Huge mistake going there. If I could give 0 star I would.

Don’t come here.they make you pay extra and can not give an explanation. All they can tell you is “ idk why that happened, it’s the system “ the manager seems to never be there. If you call to ask questions they are clueless, especially towards closing hours. Oh and they leave you on hold and forget. Worst experience ever! Choose another place!

This location should be shut down. The customer service is horrible, they are never on time. I had a 3: 15 appointment, I arrived on time I was told to grab a pen out of the clean bin. However the worker told a lady to return her used pen to the same bin I just got a "clean" pen from. I signed my covid-19 paper and was told to have a seat in the waiting room. I have sitting in this "waiting" area watching customers play musical chair and nothing being cleaned or disinfected. It's now 3: 50pm and I am still waiting I am only here for a follow up on some contacts. Why is it taking so long. Maybe because the workers are too busy talking about their relationship issue. The first time I came the experience was horrible, I only returned because I already paid and my insurance has been charged. Please do not waste your time at this location. There is another eye place in the same area they take Medicaid insurance but they are more professional and affordable. Its 4pm and I am still waiting.

Horrible communication! Nobody came to tell us that eye doc left for lunch. She pretty much left during our 1pm appt now 2: 15p. SMH. Who does that & not let us know she'll be back in 45mins. WTH! Alls I got was would u like to come back later? Uum NO I'm here now with an appt. CRAZY! Customer Service is the key ppl.

Okay experience. Needs a little work on the face to face customer service. Things such as smiling and greeting a customer as soon as they come in the door (instead of looking at the customer as if they’re lost) and little more knowledge about the products. My overall experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best. The prices were definitely a bonus! I may just use a different location for my next visit.

I wouldn't take my dog to get their eyes checked at this location service is horrible they do not try to do anything too help then I called the corporate number and the lady on the phone was low key tryna argue woth me when she doesnt even work there

Would give zero stars but not a option. Customer Service was horrible, the lady rose or Rosa was rude and over all unfriendly. I was prescribed a brand of contacts that I don't wear after being asked did I want to stick with my current brand. Had I known that they didn't have my brand in stock I would have went else where. Should have went somewhere else when I got the email that my appointment was cancelled and no one could explain how that happend

My experience was the complete opposite from the negative comments. Great service, the lady at the front desk explained everything very well. Glasses were given within the given time frame and I even got a follow up phone call a few days later to let me know size adjustments can be handled there.

I had an appointment online I got here before the time they'd already gave my appointment away now I'm waiting and waiting and waiting good so far. It is now a 35 minutes after my appointment so I'll take another star away

The one located on Illinois in Dallas was booked so I had to come to the ghetto one. There’s no way this place has a manager. Whoever runs the one on Illinois needs to pull a double duty and get this place in order. I’m here sitting in the waiting room after checking in for my appointment yet received an email saying they sorry I missed my appointment! I’m blind as a bat without my contacts so I needed my appointment ASAP otherwise I advise everyone to go to the America’s Best on Illinois in Dallas.

UPDATE BELOW:

I have a prescription for 2 kinds of contacts on my script. I have wore 20 brands over the years and in order to get "Their $14.99 Contacts", say I have to pay for a new exam! They didn't even offer these/or didn't have them available! SCAM

America's Best customer service contacted me via e-mail, very professional. Nancy put me in contact with the District Manager for my Dallas (Wynwood) location. She called me and was able to contact Chi Ngo, O. D.and the D. M.called and informed me that I could pick up my contacts I was trying to get. Talked to her twice, very professional and kind! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you America's Best for your help.

America's Worst I would say. No wonder they have 3 rating only. I broke my glasses, came for my yearly exam. Glasses and contacts take from 7-10 business days. I leave on vacation tomorrow. ASKED IF I COULD GET AT LEAST SOME TRIALS OR EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR SOME JUST SO THAT I CAN GO ON VACATION. The young lady that helped me asked the manager and rotundly said NO. I said so there's no way she can help and go the extra mile today, when I need it. She said sorry but No. Will never come back to this location even if I have to drive 30 mins to the Arlington, cooper location.

We returned to get my dad's eyeglasses adjusted. Brenda saw immediately where the adjustment needed to be made. She also replaced the nose pads so the fit would be more comfortable. Great job!

Called in to see if the Doctor was available to see me for an exam. The person who picked up the phone said that the Doctor can see me. When I get to the store they tell me they can't see walk-ins today. They tried to reschedule for a few days later. Drove 30 minutes. Won't be coming back.

The customer service is all right. The ladies that I worked with when it came to getting my glasses were great. What I am upset about is I ordered glasses and sunglasses and when needing to see if they were ready I had to call multiple times to see if they had arrived. The sad thing is I have been waiting a whole month for my sunglasses to come in and it took 3 weeks for my glasses to come in.

I will go back to where I normally get my prescriptions since they have same day service and a better selection. I only went to them because the ones in Missouri that I used to go to we're always done in a timely fashion.
